We opened our office in 2008 and were the first Counseling Office in Washington. Illiin Family Counseling, Morning Light Counseling, and Next Step Training have always worked to serve Washington and the surrounding communities with the best couneling resources available. Services
Walt Nunnally is a professional Mental Health Therapist as well as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. He holds a Masters of Counseling Degree from Bradley University and has 25 plus years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families. Walt opened the Illini Family Counseling Office, in June of 2008 desiring to serve and stengthen individuals and families throughout Central Illinois.
An ordained minister since 1983, he has worked as a Certified Pastoral Counselor with families in Central Illinois from various social and cultural backgrounds. After completing his BA in Small Groups from Lincoln Christian College, Bob worked as a residential and crisis counselor in Peoria. Since completing his MA in Counseling from Lincoln Christian Seminary, Bob has provided services to area families as a Mental Health Therapist.

At Next Step Training, we use a solution focused approach to assist clients in making better decisions and building brighter futures.
