I just moved to Florida from California where I had already begun treatment on my braces. The Diaz team was able to accommodate very quickly to have my consultation first and discuss my options. First you speak to one of the staff members about what you are looking for and go over how the process works. After, she calls in Dr. Diaz to further evaluate your teeth and go over the plan. Dr. Diaz was very nice, friendly, and was knowledgeable of my situation. After he examined my teeth, I did tell him I don’t want to start over, and luckily the brackets I had already in place, is something he can

Waited months before I finally got a consultation for braces. Was super excited based on the great reviews but walked out disappointed.
Visit felt rushed no x-rays, no pictures or detailed explanation of how they would change my teeth. Basically told me they want to remove 4 healthy teeth to make room and that's sit and gave me the paper of what it would cost and done. So many unanswered questions didn't even bother to ask based on the vibe or feeling. I luckily found another orthodontist the following day who actually had me excited for treatment! all in all everyone experiences will be different

What an amazing facility and team Diaz Orthodontics have. The entire dental team has a great attitude and demonstrated each time I would get my braces adjusted that they enjoy what they were doing. The doctor is incredibly talented and a great orthodontist, the dental assistants are efficient in their tasks and patients, and the front desk/ management staff are great at booking appointments and handling finances. What an amazing orthodontic team!
