Certain floor plans may have different amenities depending on when they were updated, what building they're in, etc. To tour our floor plans and see what amenities may be available, please call us at (570) 955-3073. Visitors that are on property for business purposes, may park in the 1 hour parking.

You can add to the furniture in your apartment, but you can not take any of our furniture out of the apartment. You can make payments online with any major credit card. There are transaction fees that apply with the use of a credit card and it is a percentage based off the amount of the transaction.

Attatched is a screenshot from when they forbid their residents to have any guests in their apartments. They reserve the right to tell the residents who overpay to live there that they are not allowed to have anyone in their college homes, and they'll probably do it again. Wouldn't ever risk living there again, and I would not EVER tell someone that living there is worth the trauma.

This place is just an excellent place to live! Great location! Apartments are fully furnished so you only have to bring stuff you need. Every apartment has laundry appliances! Rent includes heat, central air A/C, garbage disposal, free parking, access to clubhouse features, their events, and maintenance requests. They provide you with a list of what to bring for the year. The staff is a great group! They have events just about every week and the events are intriguing! The maintenance crew takes very good care of the grounds as well as quick with maintenance requests. This place is awesome to live in! It comes fully furnished with a washer, dryer, and dish washer. The rooms are nice as well. The staff is amazing to work with! They really try to help out as best they can. The maintenance staff is amazing too and always let us know what they fixed and how (just to make sure we know what to do in the event it happens again). Overall great place to live and would definitely recommended living here!

The location is great. The maintenance people are really nice, prompt, and effective. It is loud where you can hear everything from the people above you and I can even hear the girl in the apartment beside mine talking on her phone and I’m in the opposite side of my room of the wall adjoining to the neighbors wall. The walls are just way too thin and the doors and windows are not sealed properly.

I’ve lived here since January and it’s hands-down the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Not only are the apartments very nice and clean, but the staff is always super friendly and helpful. They do a lot of activities for residents which I really appreciate and look forward to! Definitely recommend!
