We are a multi-generational, family owned business, focused entirely on providing student housing and been doing so at multiple locations for more than three decades.
At Penn Center, all apartments are fully furnished two bedroom/two full bath units designed for up to four students. Within each apartment, students have the choice of either a shared bedroom or a private bedroom. The kitchen/living room areas are shared with all roommates and the bedroom doors lock separately from the rest of the apartment.

Two-thirds of full time college students pay for college with the help of financial aid. This is why Penn Center Apartments is happy to offer a payment option for students who use financial aid to pay for their college experience. Any student who decides to pay for their housing with financial aid will be required to show Penn Center Apartments proof that their loan has been approved.
INSURANCE: GN Associates is NOT responsible for your personal property. Should you be concerned with the possibility of fire, theft, or other casualty, you should contact your personal insurance agent about Renter's Insurance. TOILET STOPPAGE: Should you experience a toilet overflow, immediately shut off the water by turning off the valve found at the base of the toilet.

Management in the building is fine, but head management in State College price gouges students for cleaning bills. Rent for a single person is outrageously expensive and not worth the price. Total cleaning, if none is done, will cost $500 and upwards, and even when decent cleaning is done, and wear and tear costs are given to the students, say goodbye to your $300 security deposit, and expect additional costs.

This place is terrible! I lived there 2 years ago when I first moved to Williamsport for school. Management is terrible and sketchy. I swear the guy in the office is a perv! They will take every last cent from you. Not only did they take my entire security deposit, but then charged me extra when the place was perfectly clean and in good shape when i left! They will also lie right to you until they catch themselves in their own lies and still try to deny anything. They pick who they are going to screw over. My roommate at the time had her boyfriend living there who had scabies, which is against
