Prior to founding West Hawk Commercial, Zack began his real estate career in 2003 with The Staubach Company in Los Angeles which was the largest tenant only representation firm in the world. During this time, Zack's tenant representation services included market research and expertise; transaction management; lease negotiation, documentation and review; and financial modeling and analysis.
Prior to joining West Hawk Commercial, David began his real estate career in 2003 with Daum Commercial Real Estate and later Colliers International in Newport Beach California as Vice President specializing in tenant representation and landlord representation throughout Orange County. David provides value added services to each assignment he works on by demonstrating a strong work ethic and professionalism.
