Since 2004, CyberView 360 has been taking photos in the Greater Sacramento area. We photograph everything from luxury homes, to apartments, to sunsets and twilight photos. We also provide professional photos for commercial business owners, we do event photography and take portraits. Cyberview 360 provides vibrant, wide angle photos / virtual tours and deliver them within 24-48 hours of the photo shoot.
The typical photo shoot will take about an 45-60 minutes. After the photo shoot, customers will receive an email with links to download the photos and/or virtual tour from dropbox or WeTransfer. Prices start at $100 for a photo shoot or $160 to include a 360 virtual tour too. When scheduling, we need to know when you need the property photographed, the approximate square footage / acreage and how the photographer will access the property.

Services
Additional charges apply for homes larger than 1800 sqft and/or with lots larger than.25 acre and for areas outside our serviceable area due to more time needed to take photos and time needed in post production. Let the scheduler know if there's a gate code, or if there is additional information that the photographer needs to know, such as dogs or other animals on the property. An email will be sent with links to the virtual tour. Note: for real estate agents, it's important to post the none-branded tour links in the Metrolist while the branded links can be used on other areas such as Facebook and your business websites.
Our tour window has all the things you'll need to present and market your listings from contact information to web links to branding with your name and agency. The CyberView 360 tour window is larger than other virtual tour companies, without compromising download speed. Panoramic images appear crisp and glossy, and window shots are not washed out.
