Coming from a transportation background I can’t express enough how disappointing this service is! No matter how many people I speak to, no matter how much I’ve expressed the special needs I’m dealing with, the inconsistency of pick up and drop off times remains the same. My mother in law deserves better!!!! The powers that be need a serious lesson in logistics!!!!!!

If I could give a zero rating I would!!!! Multiple calls have been made to this company to transport patients who are being discharged from the hospital, and are bed ridden, back to their nursing homes or private residence, without transport showing up or calling to cancel. It's sad to think they have the state contract with Medicaid and can't provide the services they have promised to render. The state needs to do better. Healthcare in general needs to do better. My list of patients they have not followed through with transport in this past year alone is ridiculous!!! Would never recommend!!!

NO STARS!!
This company is the worse one I have EVER seen. Multiple times they have brought patients to our ortho office, and either left them in a wheelchair unattended in the lobby of the office building, without telling anyone they were there, or bringing them up on a stretcher expecting to dump them on an exam table so they can hurry up and leave. Most times they end up turning around and taking the patient out before they can be seen or x-rayed because "they don't have time to stay", and I bet they charged for the trip! The attendants are rude and have absolutely no compassion for the patient

Wish I can give a zero ratings, I am waiting for my ride to go and pick up my daughter from the hospital, the told me 2pm and they didn't show up, I called back and they said 3pm, still didn't show up. I decided to check their review and lo and behold its the same issue every body is complaining about. So can't the government do something about this for us, it looks like the company doesn't care about all these bad review.

They are horrible. My daughter was in a Rehab center and being on Medicaid she had only 21 days. The center called them and made arrangements for my daughter to be picked up. They canceled on the day of her having to be out. She is a stretcher patient but we had to drive up there and my husband had to physically pick her up and put her in our car. Hurting his self in the process. They really need to hire a reliable company

I currently work for a nursing home and we use this company several times a week if not day. On several occasions this company has failed to pick up residents for life sustaining appointments ranging from dialysis to even surgeries. And on one occasion a resident had to wait over 2 hours to be picked up from an appointment and return back to the nursing home. I trying to understand how this company is still in business with the lack of concern they have in providing services to those that need it most. I would give a NO star rating if possible.

Worst company ever! Must make reservations three business days in advance. Several times vendor has not shown up on time or not shown up at all. Recently I was told the vendors vehicle broke down. This made me miss a doctor appointment for the second time this week. It also makes me wonder if the vehicle would’ve broken down with me in it, which is scary. They always seem to have an excuse. Also, return trips you have to wait at least an hour for pick up. Believe me when I tell you you will wait that full hour. They need to understand we are Medicaid patients on limited incomes and can’t afford

My mom who is bedridden with a feeding tube has been on a stretcher since 430 pm. It's 6:30 pm and the company they have dispatched have not showed up. The Supervisor didn't care about my mom being picked up. The company Classic Net Inc is the company. If they send them reschedule your appointment. Southeast trans people are black people that use and abuse their authority. They could care less about patients. Signed an angry black woman.
