I personally have never taken a tour here but I did want to leave a review for Lucky (the owner). I called to let them know of an experience I had with a driver of one of their vans that was less than pleasant - Lucky called me back, listened to what happened, and was extremely professional and nice. Just wanted to write and say thank you for his cooperation, and if I were to do a tour of the city, I would 100% call Lucky!

I would have given 5 stars, our 3rd driver, Mr. MAPS, on the Hop on Hop off tour was exceptional!
HOWEVER, the first 2 drivers and guides we had were completely disinterested, definitely not very professional. The bus stops weren't marked clearly and they weren't even close to being on schedule! Mr. Maps saved the day and was delightful and extremely interesting and informative. Thank you!
