ISA Certified Tree Pruning: (Extra Large to Small Ornamentals) Pruning trees and shrubs helps ensure safety, promote plant health, and maintain beauty. But improper pruning can weaken the branch structure, cause cuts to improperly heal, and encourage the growth of suckers that can divert energy from those areas of the tree that need it most.
We offer free on site bids to our clients, performed by an ISA Certified salesman. Permitting services are always offered and we go the extra mile to be sure the clients are happy. Our word of mouth referrals are consistent; our local clients, and online reviews are excellent. Customer service provided by the office staff is top notch, providing a friendly office environment.

Had high hopes after seeing this company preform some work. John came out and surveyed the work I had taking out two large firs and gave me a bid. After reviewing and accepting ,still had high hopes. Two possible dates were set by John in our initial phone conversation and I asked for a call to verify date when he knew better so that I could call the utility and have them remove my electrical service to facilitate ease of tree coming down. Well ,after that feel like a ghosted date, a week of calls and texts not returned I manage to get a hold of John to have him feign surprise there’s a service

John from NW Tree Work was referred to me by my neighbor. When he came to provide an estimate to trim our giant ash tree, I approved and he said he would contact me to set up scheduling. I amazed when they could do the job only a few days later. Very professional! They climb without spike shoes, so no damage to the trunk. They were also able to cut some of the further out branches, reducing weight without removing whole limbs. They'll be my go-to tree service for the life of that tree.

I contacted NW Tree Works for to bid pruning some fruit trees. I do not live at the property currently, so I went specifically for the appointment. After waiting 10 minutes past the scheduled time I called. They informed me that they were running late, but would be there shortly. 10 minutes later I received a phone call asking for my address and that he would arrive in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later (almost 1 hour after the scheduled appointment) he arrived. We have a quick conversation and he says it would be $500. I said that sounded great, could he email the bid? He said that wouldn't be a problem

Working with John was seamless from start to finish of the job. We were quoted a fig tree and a smaller tree removal. His staff showed up on time and banged out the job, it looks amazing. He even gave us a deal for removing the smaller tree. We highly recommend John and his hard working, friendly staff for your tree needs.

This contractor gave me a quote, a negotiated flat dollar amount, for the work I had requested. I hired this company thru Thumbtack. This was my project request: "There are multiple trees along the north side of my property line. I want all the branches and limbs that hang over to my side cut back." This was the job description on the estimate: "All trees along the north property line will have limbs pruned up and away from property line for maintenance."
Communication was good until the day of work, cleanup was complete on site following the work.

John did a great job pruning our dogwood tree! It looks so much better and he gave us good advice on how to keep it healthy. He was thorough and efficient. He came out to give us an estimate and he ended up calling shortly after he left saying he could get it done that same day which was awesome! We would highly recommend NW tree works.

Owner John is a knowledgeable, certified arborist who readily provided us an assessment and bid of our 11 cedar trees that have never been trimmed in the 20 years we have owned our home. We also had a dead cherry tree that needed to come down.
My husband and I were more than satisfied with the tree service John and his crew provided. They also offered to make us a log bench with part of the downed cherry tree... a very cool bonus! We definitely would hire NW Tree Work again.
