Dental Options

This place is horrible! They missed a cavity for years that led to root canal. My husband had a failed dental implant which resulted in a missing front tooth for over 1 year. They have very poor communication, and rush through appointments not listening to the patients questions or concerns. Please stay as far away from this office as possible!

The worst experience. The staff lies. They want to charge more money for treatment than is appropriate and it says on my insurance.
Find another dentist.

Absolutely horrid service. I would never consider using them again and don't believe they deserve your consideration either. I cancelled my appointment with them and will be in considerable pain until I can have my procedure done by another practice. That should tell you everything you need to know about what I think of this place.

Dr Vargas and her assistant were excellent. They made me feel very relaxed. I would recommend everyone to see Dr Vargas.

This place has poor reviews and now I understand why. Sadly, I didn't see them before I scheduled my procedure. Otherwise, I could have avoided their customer service hell.

This is not type of dental practice where you will get to be treated by the owner. This practice is like a little factory where new dentists come and go. Also, it's expensive while quality and warranty leave a lot to be desired. Stay away.

Dr.montero is fantastic. my cleanings have been very good also..l was married to a dentist and I am very particular about my dentists..

The whole team is amazing! Jocelyn is always willing to help. The front desk is super friendly and accommodating. The office and treatment rooms are always clean. Extremely happy with the service and the quality of care they provide my son. Absolutely recommend!

The staff at Dental Options-North Miami is very pleasant, once you step into the office they make you feel like family. Their service is excellent, a warm smile really goes a long way, and that is why I will be returning again.

They are very friendly, honest and work at a speedy pace. I haven’t had a bad experience yet. So far I’ve seen one doctor and a dental hygienist and they both had a gentle touch when it came to your teeth. I've been coming here for a few years now ever since I had the most terrible experience with a previous dental office and I must say I am very pleased with their service and especially the staff!! In my most recent visits (during covid times), I felt safe as they followed all protocols. Check in was done via phone and my temperature was taken as soon as they called my turn. Came for second opinion, and been told to brake healthy crown first, rather than the one that was really bothering, obviously to make sure I ll spend as much money as possible

Due to personal circumstances I had a comprehensive dental exam at a "very prestigious" dental practice. Thank God someone recommended me to visit Dr. Hernandez again which I haven't done for a while just due to the distance and the time I have to spend just driving. I'm glad I followed the advice. I had my wisdom teeth removed from this office in Feb 2017 from Dr. Stewart who was recommended to me by dental options. He explained to me that there's a chance of numbness that can occur after the removal and was forcing me to sign a paper saying that I would not sue him if this happened to me and was very adamant about me signing this paper which I felt very uncomfortable doing in the first place. This was a great experience for me! Rose at the front desk was very quick to get me in. The office was clean and the assistant melana took my xrays very comfortably and explained the procedures well. Doctor franco was gentle and the hygienist yana was thorough! Everyone was very nice and informative, definitely will come back again (:

I gave them one star because one thing is that I have some respects to the system. This clinic is by far the worst in Aventura .
1. Long waiting time
2. I had my 3 kids there and one of them needed to move to different dentist . While I am still their client they refuse to transfer the medical images to other clinic or given them to me
3. They tell you prices that overprice . When you call the insurance company the insurance telling you they should not.
I can go on and on so be carful verify with insurance company the prices before they give you prices because they don't call the insurance

Great Office!

My experience at Dental Options has been fantastic. From the first day, I walked in to meet Cynthia the Treatment Coordinator, who helped me feel at ease the moment she told me I needed several thousand's of dollars to get my mouth in shape. At first, I resisted until I realized I had to have this work done. Cynthia immediately found my "Care Credit", account and informed me that I could use this. I was so relieved to now have a payment plan in place.

I next met Dr. Gonzales, who checked my gums for any problems, glad to report nothing major and Dr. Apelman. As

I would give this office zero stars if possible. The first time I went for a cleaning I waiting 45 minutes to be seen. Then, the hygienist could not get the x Ray machine to work. She kept the things in my mouth though which really hurt. I had to make a noise for her to take them out.
Next, I saw Dr. Hernandez who told me I had a small cavity that would need to be filled. So, of course I scheduled an appointment. Today I saw Dr. Papelle who told me I did not have a cavity just a small stain. She was very nice and apologized that I had to come in.
My major problem is what happened next. They tried
