Went for my first appt and couldn't be happier! The vibe is warm and welcoming. Emily did an awesome job-I have short hair and she used a razor to cut it which I loved! Very high quality service-she listened and was meticulous about her work. I will definitely be back-highly recommend!!

I was first drawn to this salon for it's mission of sustainability and health in beauty. However, it is so much more than that. It's inviting and down-to-earth. All the stylists are wonderful and feel comfortable getting my hair cut with any of them. If you are looking for a change, I highly recommend Lavender!

Everything about this appointment was perfect! Jenn cut and styled my way too long, way too thick quarantine hair. I showered last night and woke up, put no product in my hair, and the layers and texture still look incredible! This is a great salon if you want a stylist that will listen to you and make helpful suggestions for styling and getting ready after the appointment is over.
I felt really taken care of by Jenn and I can't wait to talk changing my color with her!

There is a calming atmosphere at Lavender. Laurel did my daughter's hair, and her sister's for her wedding. They both looked stunning! I was scheduled for a blow out, but Kristin made time to cut my hair and give me a totally professional look. She also made space for the make up artist to do her magic. Can't thank you enough!

Going to Lavender to get your hair done is like going to the spa with a close friend. Everyone there is so friendly, knowledgeable, and open to conversation. The atmosphere is unlike any salon in the city - so much greenery, beautifully showcased products, and they even promote local artists' work on their walls. They do everything they can do reduce waste (reduce and recycle!), they offer refills for many of their products (reuse!) and they truly care about the ingredients that are in the products they use and sell. I have been a client of Laurel's since she began her career. She is able to tame my wild and unruly curls into something gorgeous! She has taught me how to care for my hair so I can keep up with her good work. She also convinced me to give up coloring my hair! Yikes! It is a beautiful white and she was absolutely right!
