1of 3 complaints. STATE OF INDIANA HELP! They did it to me AGAIN!
AFTER calling in to say I'm ready to be picked the lady said she contacted the driver and will be there within the hour. So an hour comes and goes. I call back. Wait 10 minutes because dispatch can't find a driver. She call me back another 10 minutes and say a computer glitch....!liar. Someone will be there in about 40 minutes. PICKUP 9:15am. Right now 1:35. I have another 40 minute wait!

They've failed to provide a driver even tho I scheduled in enough time. They've cause me to miss important Dr visits and have cost me 2 doctors. They wait til day of pick up to say they didnt have a driver thankfully I can stay at my moms in another town so I don't miss surgery that is necessary, upon speaking to a rep I've been cursed at, they've gotten rude and unprofessional.

My ride was scheduled for 10:10a, it was an urgent one way, they said they would be there by 12:10, so when I called at 12:30, they had to put me on hold multiple times just to tell me they would Call me back. After 5 minutes I had my mom send me money so I could pay for a Lyft, and after it was already paid for LCP transportation LLC called me back and said they were going to get me a Lyft. Terribly unreliable.

In my four years of being at LCP and one of its youngest employees i can honestly say like any other work place it comes with its challenges, However i wouldn't want to work any place else.Honestly. The leadership team really stands on promoting within even if it requires extensive training/development. LCP has alos Progressed A LOT in the past two years which has been great to see/be apart of. If your someone reading these reviews i encourage you to join the team and create tour own experience.

I was fine with LCP until yesterday. I waited 2 and 1/2 hours to be picked up from my appointment after being lied to about me calling to request pickup. Then I received a call later in the day saying I could not be accommodated for a future ride due to the shortage of drivers. They claim 6 vendors were unable to fill this request. I personally don't believe it. I'm tired of people using COVID as the reason it is being used as a excuse now. Life still has to go on. Put on a mask, sanitize between patients, wear gloves and keep it moving. I have future physical therapy appointments coming up. I

Never showed up no1 called said i never scheduled an appt for said day no apologies whatsoever then i call to find out where my ride is cause u have to wait 30 min b4 the "said" pick up time appt in in 30 min but wont b able to pick u up for 2 hours aft u have yo b 2 ur appt and i have no other way to appts n city bus doesnt go that far in that direction i know every1 needs workers but come on have the courtesy to call n tell u they cant do their job some state ran service unhappy rider

I had been having problems with LCP canceling transportation on me and drivers not following notes (I need was d a call when they arrived). I even had one of my doctors drop my case due to LCP not showing up to take me to appointments.
Since they have been outsourcing to other company drivers, I haven't had a problem with long distance transportation. I will have to try inner-city transportation when an appointment comes up.

Awful! I missed a surgery appointment today due to lack of communication on their part and the driver showing up at my job INSTEAD of my home for pickup. The appointment before that I watched the driver come into the complex, drive around the building and attempt to leave the complex without even calling me or having the dispatch call me! Dude was not even there for a minute! If I hadn't stopped him I would have missed that appointment too. Today is really important and I called over a 24 notice to update and the operator confirmed everything with me before disconnecting the call. Now I'm hearing
