Your journey to a healthier and happier life starts at Brick House Fitness. Our team is committed to helping you achieve your personal fitness goals. Our private studio offers one-on-one personal training as well as bootcamp workout classes. We inspire and motivate women and men of all ages and skill levels.

Our goal is to help you achieve your goals. Everyone's schedule is different. Luckily, we offer options. You can purchase personal training and bootcamp classes by the session, or you can choose a personal training and bootcamp package. When you come in, we will go over all your options to find the best fit for you.
Services
Debbie O'Rourke is a certified fitness trainer with more than 10 years of experience training men and women of all ages. She's also TRX qualified and a certified senior specialist. She strives to connect with each and every client, so she can provide the best support, motivation, and programming possible.
Our Bootcamp class is a 1-hour full-body workout designed to increase strength, endurance, and power, while burning calories and fat. Class sizes are limited so our coaches can interact closely with participants. We provide constant guidance on form and exercise as well as motivation and encouragement.
Nutritional guidance is always provided when you are a client at Brick House. As you progress in your training it is imperative that you address any nutritional imbalances. The approach at Brick House is to work towards simple and practical dietary changes that will support a healthy lifestyle, working towards a diet comprised of real foods, free of chemical additives, preservatives, colorings, sweeteners and flavorings, as much as possible.
Men and women of all ages train here with us. We offer individual and small group personal training sessions at our private, comfortable studio. Before getting started, we will complete a fitness analysis to identify focus areas, and then we'll develop a plan customized to your wants and needs. Our functional training approach strengthens the body for everyday movement.
I think I can be the poster child for the middle-aged, married, working mom when it comes to fitness and health. I was always active, athletic even. Like my weight, my level and commitment to fitness greatly fluctuated after I had kids. Some years I was fit, then I'd go several more with no exercise.

I have been training at Brickhouse fitness for the past 8-10 months, and it is the best gym experience I have encountered. From novice to "gym buffs," or whatever your personal experience is, this gym of fully devoted trainers will tailor fitness classes/sessions to meet your specific needs. Experienced, knowledgeable trainers, group classes, individual training, and a down-to-earth family feel - what more could you ask for?! I now find myself avoiding working out on my own at my local Crunch gym...

I recommend bootcamp with Debbie to everyone I know! I actually look forward to going to classes after work!! No two classes are ever the same so there's no way to get bored, strangers become friends, and the amount of classes available allow you to be very flexible with whatever schedule you may have. Don't walk, run!

Bootcamp and the personal trainers are awesome. Everyone is encouraging and friendly. They push you to challenge yourself and have fun doing so. Absolutely a great place.

Debbie's bootcamps are awesome! Always something new so it stays fresh and challenging!! Love the versatility and people of all ages and fitness levels. This class is for everyone as Debbie is extremely knowledgeable on how to modify every exercise to make them more or less intense, and instruction of proper form for injury prevention. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. My favorite group exercise class I've found yet!!!

Debbie is a most dedicated trainer! She knows her stuff! She works you hard while making the workouts enjoyable. She encourages you to do your best while understanding your limitations. After only 3 weeks (and believe me I was totally out of shape) I can now bend and stretch and reach my toes! I am stronger and more flexible and know that I will continue to become more fit as the months go by. All of the women I work out with are wonderful, kind, helpful and fun! Love it here!!

Debbie’s boot camp is appropriate for all fitness levels. The workouts are always challenging. The coaches give guidance where needed and are very encouraging. The members are welcoming to newcomers. Be sure to give this place a try.

Love Brickhouse fitness! Thanks to my awesome trainer Debbie O’Rourke I’ve lost weight, inches and have gotten so much stronger! The Bootcamp classes are a full body workout! Classes aren’t intimidating because everyone is always welcoming and are of all ages and fitness levels. My daughter is 14 and does personal training with Debbie. We always look forward to our training!💪🏼

You will love Brickhouse fitness and Debbie. She the most amazing, dedicated and genuine person in the industry. She loves what she does and was born to do it. She cares dearly for her clients and will bend over backwards to help them be successful. You will fall in love with the program and the other trainers. We have a blast together and have all become addicted to it. It’s a game changer.
