What I love about this gym is that it is quiet, there never really seems to be a high volume. (The most I have seen was about 7 other people working out on a weekend morning). There is plenty of space to keep your distance, as well as spray bottles, paper towels, and hand sanitizer.
I did take off a star, as I hope they consider expanding their hours, especially on Sundays; 9am-1pm just isn't long enough.

I recently left after I had been there a while since there really isn't many other options in the area. If you can find another gym you like, I'd highly recommend it
The worst part of this gym is they nickel and dime you on everything. Memberships are way too expensive and they change things up to increase prices or alter your membership so you get less. It has been really frustrating as their prices were already high and I just wanted a decent place to work out.
The equipment is nothing special and it often feels like the employees hover around and watch you.

Positives:
-friendly people
-nice open space for stretching, calisthenics, and ab work
-they have a Jacobs Ladder
-the manager is responsive to questions/concerns
Negatives:
-limited hours, especially during the weekends; they close at 5pm on Saturday and at 3pm on Sunday. This is a real bummer--they also close early during the workweek, at 9pm.
-the music leaves a lot to be desired. The gym seems to be stuck in an old-school rock phase
-they don't have a digital clock that presents seconds in big font/display, so that you can time your rest without using a watch or your phone

Finally after a 3 week move from down the street the new site opens. This is a poorly run club with Icarian equipment / old 9500 life fitness ellipticals etc. that are circa early 90s. A ONE month membership is $79! Three months was going to be over $200 with the added "one time $49 fee". If it was a good gym I'd have no issue with the price. Overall though its a poor gym, no shake bar either?! If you want a basic place to workout and haven't ever been to a real fitness center it may suffice. If you're serious about fitness I'd recommend driving another 10 minutes
