I've been cooking for almost 30 years. I was taught by my late grandmother at the age of 13. Although, I'm not a classically trained chef, my palate has been trained to know and help make some really good food. Yes, I am educated and I have a few degrees. Which, only means I spent a lot of money for degrees that have nothing to do with what I really love to do.

These menus are suggested for your convenience and can be customized to meet your specific needs. We will work with you to produce the perfect menu that is tailored for your specific event needs.
Traditions Event Catering offers reception packages that are affordable and accommodates every budget in mind. Wedding colors are tastefully styled and incorporated in each buffet set up. Included in all Packages: Linen tablecloths and napkins, Dinnerware, Stainless Steele Service-ware, Cake cutting service and Service staff (6hr).
