The moving experience was fantastic. The workers showed up timely, knew what they were doing, and were very efficient. Getting some of our bigger furniture up into our apartment wasn’t the easiest, and they didn’t complain and were able to figure it out. There’s no way we could’ve done this move without them, and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We booked them for a 2 bedroom apartment moving and we had already packed everything except the beds! Some stuffs were going to a storage and the rest to the new apartment all within less than 5 miles distance! They were supposed to finish the job within 5 hours, however they ended up in 9 hours! So unprofessional, slow, disorganized and impolite! They did not even had their own truck and got one from Uhaul! At the end we had to pay $1070 for a job which worth $500-600!!!! We do not recommend them!

My movers, Antonio and Ryan, we’re extremely professional and efficient. I booked them for two hours and they loaded everything before their two hours were even up! What a bargain on the pricing too. This is definitely a great moving company.

EXCELLENT Experience! As another reviewer stated, If I could give 10 stars I would. The customer experience is absolutely fantastic. I had the great fortune to work with Richard and Roger to help me move and load into a van some larger pieces of furniture I couldn't do on my own. I was so grateful for their timeliness, insights and professionalism not to mention their attention to care and detail in moving and packing antiques and family heirlooms for transport. I am so happy with the job they did for me. The 2 young gentlemen from DC Top Choice Movers were professional, on time, efficient, respectful and careful with my belongings. They had to remove half of the boxes from my storage room so that I could retrieve some very important papers. They then, put it all back in neatly, with so much care! I highly recommend DC Top Choice Movers! They will not disappoint you! They deserve every bit of the 5☆ rating I gave them! Thank you so much guys! I will not hesitate to hire this company again!

Phenomenal moving experience with DC Top Choice Movers. Mike and his crew did an amazing job. They handled all of my belonging with the utmost care and really put me at ease with all the moving stress. They were courteous and energetic. Robin was the consultant who helped me schedule my move. He was also very courteous and was able to answer all of my questions. I felt the price for the move was fair and was what I expected. Top Choice has done 4 moves for us over the past year. Big or small they can do it all. Every single employee we met was professional, well-spoken, pleasant, considerate, and efficient. Always on time, great communication, and very clean equipment and trucks. I wouldn’t even think of calling anyone else.

Couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. Would give more than 5 stars if that was an option. Brought a 20 ft Uhaul from Atlanta to Alexandria. The communications prior to the move with Robin were great. Answered quickly and kept us informed as to the time within the window we requested. Rami and Rudy showed up on time and after looking at what we had in the truck and then the apartment told me to relax and proceeded to start unloading the truck. Even though I had booked a two hour slot to unload the furniture and heavy items, plus any of the boxes that would fit in the appointment

I scheduled a last minute move with this company and was glad to see they could fit me into their schedule. I did not realize they were only labor and I had to secure my own moving truck. When I told them I did not see this mentioned in their ad, the primary contact, a male named Robin, sent me 14 text messages explaining that they were only labor, and said I accused him of lying just because I asked about the ad. IMMEDIATELY, I knew something was wrong with him. I told him I reserved a truck and tried to get him to calm down, but he continued to send text after text,

The worst movers company ever!!! If I can give a zero star, I would. Do not use this company unless you don't mind being exploited by Robin. I had hired two movers, but one did not show up, which forced us to delay the completion of the move that cost me more money. When I complained to Robin, I received a lecture about how it is not his responsibility, how little money he was making, how difficult it is to hire good movers, and how unreasonable it is for me to expect the movers to come on time. Further, Robin even charged my credit card for the mover who did not show up at all. This company

After moving me multiple times during college and after, my Dad finally made me hire a moving company. I found them on the U-Haul site and they reached out to me a day later to set up the correct times and really worked to accommodate my schedule. I booked two movers for 2 hours for my one bedroom apartment. It ended up taking 2 and a half hours, which worked out fine because you just pay for the time you go over (the charge was pretty reasonable). Paul and Joseph were my movers and they brought multiple dollies and a roll of tape and plastic wrap. They put everything into the truck carefully

While the movers were both very nice, I had to ask them 3 times to use the furniture pads I rented. They placed my wooden furniture finished side down several times, causing a great deal of scratching/abrasions on surfaces, as well as two holes in walls. I provided Robin (owner) photographic evidence of destruction, but he reported that because I carried boxes on the day of the move, he was free from any responsibility AND that he had asked his workers and they said that my husband

Great experience start to finish! Robin, the manager, was a real pleasure to work with!
Very professional and punctual, he had my move scheduled right away, the very next day, since me and my wife were in a very big rush.
Amazing customer service skills. The moving team was very professional and pleasant to work with. They had blankets for our furniture. Not a single scratch on all of our furniture, 3 beds, one living room and the kitchen. Also, they were very careful with the walls!
