In order to ensure your move goes well, all of your possessions need to be packed in boxes in order to protect them during transit. For a typical move, we will pack your house on the first day and move you on the second day. Some customers decide to pack themselves (which is fine); however, we encourage you to be sure that everything is completely packed.

I can say unequivocally that Titan Moving & Storage is the finest moving company that my family has ever worked with, and we are unbelievably grateful to Ted and the rest of his team for their phenomenal work on our most recent move.

Titan moved my massive accumulation of furniture and packed boxes from my two-flight-up garden apartment to my new single-family house. They arrived ahead of time, and executed the move smoothly and efficiently, also finishing ahead of time -- and saving me several hundred dollars off the initial estimate for the move. My only complaint (really a nitpick) is that a few items clearly labeled as destined for certain rooms were left in the wrong rooms. I only mention it because it has made unpacking a wee bit confusing at times. Otherwise, absolutely fantastic job!

My husband and I moved from Alexandria, VA to Springfield VA in 2017 and used Titan Moving and Storage. The owner, Ted Bowler, came to our apartment to give us an estimate. THEN he did something unexpected. I highly recommend Titan (out of Alexandria, NOT the one in Chantilly). I had not moved in 28 years and Ted, the owner gave me the 'Ted Talk' assuring me what I needed to do to be ready for his team. I followed his thoughtful directions which helped immensely. In turn, the team did their job and more, and the final bill came in under the estimate.
When the Titan team arrived, I stood by in awe. I have never seen a more efficient, hardworking, and professional group. Everyone took the greatest care of my things and moved me so quickly that I am still amazed

Titan Moving & Storage in Alexandria, VA has done my last two moves. 1st move was from Rockville to Annapolis and my 2nd move from Annapolis to Kent Island. Ted Bowler made the entire process easy and affordable. He and his team made our moves a pleasant experience so much so I also had him move other family members and friends. This company helped me move a few months and can't say enough about their service. Ted, a retired Marine, was courteous and punctual. His quotes were professionally done and covered all kinds of contingencies. I loved the fact that he provided guarantees for timely and accurate deliveries of all of our delicate items ( grand piano and legacy China for example). Ted is a friendly face and he immediately made me at ease with his demeanor and respectful manners. A true gentleman to my wife and daughters. Ted Bowler's Titan Moving & Storage of Alexandria, VA 22308 have moved me and my in-laws several times in the past 10 years and we could not be happier. Ted and his crew are timely, professional, fairly priced and most of all, have always been VERY careful with our household goods. Also, Ted's crew has been with him for years which we feel is a great attestation for this business. I understand that another moving company in Chantilly VA has pirated Ted's business name and is attempting to ruin a fine and trustworthy firm. After getting quotes from five different movers, we chose Titan Moving & Storage for a multi-day move with several truck loads of stuff based on their Checkbook and Yelp ratings. We were not disappointed! The guys from Titan did a great job.
They helped us wrap up all of our packing loose ends and then carefully moved our stuff from one house to another without breaking anything or doing any damage to either house. They were organized when they brought things into our new house and made sure that everything ended up in the right spot. They even sorted all of my wife's book boxes

Was very satisfied by hiring Titan Moving & Storage!
This was my 7th move in 7 years and this trip was very smooth. Ted and the crew arrived on-time and with great attitudes ready to work and get the job done. This was a 5 hour move plus 1 hour travel time (Industry standard in this area) from VA to MD utilizing 495 Beltway from a house to an apartment complex. The apartment required using a loading dock, elevator and a long travel distance down a hallway to the apartment.
Everything was delivered and without harm or incident. They even got my 208 pound 1st generation High definition TV delivered

My father recently took very ill, which resulted in us having to move him to an assisted living facility. We used Titan Moving to perform the initial move of a few pieces of furniture into the new facility and a 2nd move once we sold his condo. They were extremely accommodating dealing with all the crazy crap involved in this type of move. The employees where professional and courteous and really knew what they were doing. Who knew there was an art form to moving furniture? I'll never use another company.
