Called today 12/29/2021 to get a price on a few parts. Told the lady in parts that I had the part numbers. She gave me prices and then asked "who am I with?" She thought I was with a body shop apparently which I never claimed to be. Puts me on hold then comes back and said she was sorry then told it was going to be almost 40% higher than she originally quoted me. Be professional and don't backtrack on your price. If you screw up then honor what you promised then deal with it internally.

Found the used 2019 Ford Explorer I wanted on the internet to trade for my 2015 Ford Explorer. However, I was located on Long Island and wouldn't be in NC for a couple weeks. My sales person LeRoy was fantastic. Not only did he reserve the vehicle for me but got me a trade in price as well. When I got there I test drove and the paperwork was completed beforehand to sign. I think the whole process only took a couple hours. Highly recommend.

I purchased a car from this dealership and was not only impressed by how I was treated during the sales process, but how they treat me afterward. I have returned a few times for maintenance and all the sales consultants treat me like I'm new. I purchased the car through Leroy and he was great. When I returned, Abigail asked if she could help me, and even though I wasn't buying anything from her, she acted like I was her customer. I worry about car dealerships after the sale is over, but I have had the same great service.

Purchased car 9/11/21. Salesperson really didn't sell car.. we liked it and was just waiting on paper to fill out. After reviewing paperwork and pricing we noticed they added warranties without us asking so we talked them out of the warrenties..got the car and immediately noticed it wasn't detailed good or if at all.. 2 weeks later a low oil sign came on.. a quart low. Took it to the dealership and they added oil with an apology. Not even a month into owning the vehicle I had to change brakes. 1 pad was rubbing metal to the rotor. The other pads were worn half way. How can the car be precertified

During a recent trip to this dealership, I had to wait a long time in 90+ degree heat as several employees rode around on golf carts ignoring us. I had already picked out my purchase online and basically just wanted to check it out and buy. Finally a very nice gentleman did help us. I made a fair cash offer on the car. They refused then marked it up $1300. I was informed that Mr. Salinas did not have to come down on the price and he would sell to someone else. There was a couple next to us that went through the exact same thing. After all this, I will never consider this dealership for any business

Sharon Telsrow was my sales person. I loved her! She made the process painless. I appreciated her patience while I was deciding which model and trim level I wanted to buy. I would specifically look for her next time I buy a car. Also a shout out to the sales manager and finance manager. I expect the people in these positions to be challenging to interact with but they were both great. I saw teamwork among the employees of the dealership and a can-do attitude from start to finish. It's a shame that they insist on the phone when scheduling an appointment that you have to bring a mask and "keep it on while here". And for the 2nd time in a row I've come here and everyone in the waiting area is massless. I guess they are all drinking coffee right? Smh. Also anyone wearing a mask only has it covering their mouth not their nose which defeats the whole purpose. Disappointed to see that you care very little about the seriousness of this, though this is South Carolina so I'm not surprised at all. At least the employees had theirs on from what I saw

We had as delightful of an experience that one can have while in the car purchasing endeavor. LeRoy Binge was knowledgeable, personable, easygoing and not your typical pushy car salesman. We were repeat customers from 10 years ago and Jonathan Zirbel remembered us and added to the pleasant experience. From the moment I stepped on the lot, the employees were attentive and friendly without being overbearing. Glenn was the second salesperson I worked with, and I ended up pursuing my purchase with him. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and he was low pressure while maintaining expressed interest in obtaining my business. Even the sales manager (whose name I unfortunately cannot remember) was easy to work with and made sure I understood every detail of my purchase. The Civic Hatchback EX is my first major purchase, and I couldn't have chosen a better dealership! Thanks MS Honda!

This used to be an excellent dealership for service. As a long-standing customer they would at least do a diagnosis on a discounted basis. Took my 2012 Acura TL in for diagnosis due to low charge warning. The quote they gave was $786 including $100 diagnosis fee and 2.5 hours labor! When I asked about a non-Honda alternator, they said the cheapest they could get one was $400. I am looking online and see them for $135 - $186 dollars. Looking at yourmechanic.com it quote the average dealer price parts and labor to be $371 - $613. Too many things have changed at this dealership since management change

I'm literally standing at the Welcome entrance and I've been standing here for over 15 minutes not one person has come up to ask me can I get some help while all the employees are in the break room laughing and drinking coffee. This is customer service at its worst. All I need is an inspection done on my car I thought it would be better to come to Gastonia instead of Uptown where I live what a bad idea. You would think after making eye contact with me several times I would get some help this place is literally empty.
