Good gym for the money staff really doesn’t “bother” with you or engage people at all unless you’ve hired them. Don’t even saw hello or smile at anyone. Pretty sad for a place servicing the public. Would be nice if they were more friendly and took an interest in people and they’re workouts. Equipment could use maintenance on a more regular basis. And forget using the mats in workout area upstairs they’re gross. Otherwise, if you know what you’re doing it’s ok!

I recently saw a post from this gym suggesting that all members leaving USA health&fitness should join this establishment. As a previous member of train 4 life and USA I feel I should warn fellow ex USA members (as well as others) NOT to even consider this place as an option. Let me start by saying that you will not be greeted with the welcoming and friendly demeanor of USA. The owner is a narcissistic weasel who in the 5 years of my dedicated patronage never once extended a smile in my direction unless provoked. Other members were in agreement that he was beyond unfriendly and at times they

BEWARE. FIND A BETTER CLUB. I was a member for 4 years. Out of those 4 years, the 24 hour access doors at the old location and now the new location both would NOT work about once a week. Equipment gets broken and stays broken for 6 months. I asked for a receipt for my insurance reimbursement, the owner told me "we don't have to give you this. We do it as a courtesy" The owner pretty much told me that I should cancel my membership due to my "false expectations" because I expect a 24 hour access door to work properly and because I 'expect' a receipt for the year to get reimbursement from my insurance

This gym is all about ripping people off. The membership is ridiculously expensive and my child was treated poorly here. He is looked down upon by staff due to the fact that he is small and they accused him of vandalizing when he did not. The way he was treated was unacceptable. This place is not fair.

This gym restored my dignity, self confidence, and physical well being. After this Veteran was homeless for 10 months I visited Evolution Fitness and spoke with the owner Ed Mazzuchelli the second I walked in. He allowed me to train at his gym and it completely changed my life. Not only is he an accomplished body builder and business owner he truly cares about people to include me. I dropped 27 lbs and gained substantial muscle mass restoring me to health. I can't say enough about this fitness center its thoughtfully built with state of the art training gear to literally transform any fitness level
