Was waiting on a tow. They texted me at 530 saying they would be there in 45 minutes. It is 830 and they still haven't arrived. I tried calling multiple times and never got an answer, and their voicemail box was full. I cancelled my tow.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was blown away by the quality of this service! I wish I would’ve gotten his name, but the man who helped me out was to my place way earlier than expected, he was very efficient and let us know everything he was doing. Great experience with Galeana’s Towing and Service. Driver was polite, efficient and arrived within the time frame given to me. Drove as a passenger with him and my son and the tow truck vehicle was clean and surprisingly comfortable. Driver hauled my car with care even in traffic. Would recommend this towing company over and over!

Wonderful and efficient service! Nice, clean trucks!
The driver kept in contact with me while I was waiting. He was also very kind and helpful, which was a big relief in the stressful situation that I was in! Hopefully, I never need a tow again, but if I do, I’m calling them!
