He was very nice and helpful. He got our car unlocked within 5 minutes and he followed us back to our house to drop off our car which didn’t take long at all! He said he would be there in 25 minutes and it only took him 20! Will definitely be using his services again!

Unfortunately I had an awful experience. After calling to ask if they could jump my car as I ran out of gas saying that I *thought* my battery had died, they were unable to get it started. They said it would be $99 for the jump. After it would not start they said they would need to tow it and charged an additional $150 plus mileage totaling $261.
WHAT A JOKE.
The next morning the dealership was able to get the car started with no problems. Very taken advantage of in a vulnerable situation. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!

I recommend that you avoid this place at all costs. I was charged 100 dollars for them taking a look at my car and then telling me there was an electrical short somewhere and that it would take between 5 and 15 hours to trace the short at 100 dollars an hour.
Took it to another place and they found the issue in about 15 minutes and charged me literally 1/5th of the cost.
I have a friend who I talked to after my experience that also took his car to this place and paid a higher than usual bill and his issue remained after they performed work on his car.
