Worst experience in service ever and in 3rd home I brought.
Missed thousands and thousands of expensive costs and systems not working and promised to correct anything since August and now Feb and all I have is a crazy Round Tuit Pro Insurance lawyer now trying to jamb a joke of a home inspection refund down my throat with a ten day demand to decide if I want $500 back after 6 months and a few hundred thousand decision based on a poor home inspection...and to add insult to injury... telling me not to share all that is wrong and Erik missed and with him...Jesus!!

This was my first time ever buying a home and thus having a home inspection. I had general ideas and expectations, and all of them were met and then some. Erik explained things thoroughly but simple to understand, and gave good advice for home improvement in some parts as well as maintenance advice. He is clearly extremely knowledgeable and versed in this field and a very nice and friendly person. All of the reviews given are well warranted and I'd recommend Round Tuit to anyone looking for a home inspection.

I met Erik through my realtor, he came highly recommended. When he came to the home inspection he was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, thorough, willing to share any insight and answer any questions. He had every tool you could possibly need including a drone to look at the roof. As soon as the inspection was over, I received his report via email. He was able to answer any questions that I had but I didn't have many questions being that Erik laid everything out there for me.
