My husband and I are first time home buyers and were looking for someone to inspect our first home. We came across Jim Battaglia's Home Inspections and read the great reviews. We were not disappointed. He was AMAZING! He was super helpful in explaining everything step by step without being condescending. He was thorough and honest. All the while making it a fun experiencing. I went into the experience anxious and nervous, and never thought a home inspection would be something we would enjoy, but we did. All around great experience! I would recommend him to anyone.

We recently purchased a home which Jim did the inspection for. This being our first home, we were not very knowledgeable on what to look for and how to address any issues that we might find. Jim was very knowledgeable and was willing to let us walk around the house with him as he inspected. He willingly answered all of our questions and educated us on the basics of many aspects of the home and the inspection. I would highly recommend Jim and this business in general.

While Jim was doing a home inspection, he saw that a bubble was forming in the living room wall from water penetration, as he did a complete and thorough investigation of the roof to find that the flashing around the chimney was leaking and needed resealed. Jim was very knowledgeable and helpful as to how to keep the structure of my house in solid shape so it will be my forever home!

Jim Battaglia comes highly recommended from this customer. As a first time home buyer, I really had no idea what to expect during the home inspection or what the process would be. Jim was absolutely incredible throughout the process and took the time to educate me during the inspection and explain what he was looking for and why. For example, he explained how, sometimes, plumbers take shortcuts when installing certain piping (which happened in my case) to save on cost. (We ended up getting the correct piping replaced to code.) He patiently taught me about all of the electrical throughout the home

Just had a house inspected by Jim on 5/15/2018 and he went above and beyond with us. He explained everything in his report as he finds them as well as easy fix tips to do the job right. We have an FHA loan and Jim really helped me out on finding things that may or may not come up. His timing is flexible, and me an my girlfriend got the chance to check out the difficult to get to roof-top, with Jim's high tech dji spark drone with 1080p 30fps hi def camera mount.
