We came to this salon to dye my teens hair from a bright color to a more natural color for a new job. The stylist named Amanda Hadley left brown dye all over my teen's ears and along her forehead. She was annoyed when I asked to her use the chemical they use to get excess color off the skin. As she barely tried to wipe the color off she said it always stains the skin and she couldn't fix it. I told her she left globs all over her ears and forehead when it was wet and she should have wiped it off when it was still wet. If she did she wouldn't have so many stains on her skin. I took my 6 year old daughter to Kari, because of the amazing reviews I've seen. They are well deserved. My daughter was so nervous because she wanted to chop a good 10 inches off. Kari made her feel so at ease and had my shy little girl chattering the whole time. Tracy was also fantastic and several ladies came to visit and chat. All around, one of the best experiences I could have hoped for, for my daughter's first stylist experience.

I previously have been to this shop before COVID and I had friendly people and great service. I went back recently and had my hair stylist not only talk about how COVID wasn't a big deal to her, but then talk about child traffickings in horrible detail and cough near my head. She also tried to convince me of different political points that was very unprofessional in the situation. Sadly they have lost a long term customer because of this.

Great service, really sweet front desk staff and salon stylists. I had a previous short hair cut before going to them that was a train wreck and they (Aislinn) did a great job at brining it back to normal and was very honest about the transition and what she can realistically do at that time. My hair looks so cute now and I'm so happy. its a nice clean place of business and prices are fair . :)

Update: My 2nd visit to the salon did not go as well. Lily was my stylist but my cut turned out choppy and very uneven. I went back in to have it corrected with no charge, however it still was uneven and not at all what I wanted.
I decided to give the salon another try and scheduled an appt with a different stylist. I explained what I wanted, and asked that my hair be sectioned for the cut to correct the unevenness. The stylist did not section and immediately began cutting from one side of my

Currently with Covid people are hesitant or concerned with going out. I have to say this salon has gone above and beyond to make you feel safe but also give you the calming, relaxing, and refreshing experience you are used to . Gloves, masks, 9ft between chairs, limited people being shampooed at a time, masks available for clients, and plenty of hand sanitizer if needed - all while still being friendly and cheerful. I am actually immunocompromised and felt beyond protected at my cut amd color appointment.

My stylist was Nicole Guerra, she was amazing. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she delivered! Went above and beyond with a hand and head massage. It was the best experience ever. Rudest people ever! I booked an appointment for my daughter several days ago through Vagaro (online salon booking website). I received not 1 but 2 email confirmations for the appt. My daughter went in today and they had no record of the appt, the lady the appt was with said today is payroll and she doesn't have time. They said she could come back in 40 mins with Amanda. My daughter tried to confirm pricing (app shows $60 for a highlight which I figured was a mistake but their website shows $85 for a balayage and $100 for a full highlight so any of these prices were fine). I have very thick hair that I feel has to have someone who can be very precise when cutting and thinning it out. Lily always does an amazing job at both. She colors my hair as well. I moved from the area and still make the hour drive to see her. I've used Aveda products for over 20yrs and they have a good selection of Aveda here. The coffee they'll make you while you wait is a nice bonus as well.

Great first experience with this salon and Lily. The salon is delightful and relaxing and the complimentary scalp and shoulder massage makes you feel like you're being pampered. The price was amazing too for an Aveda salon. They also carry another line called Eufora as well. Look forward to my next appointment!

I've been going to Bailey for almost 6 years now. She is so nice, so friendly, and always is open to whatever I ask. I used to get all over color in a rich dark brown which was always exactly what I wanted. About 3 years ago I asked for a balayage and while it wasn't as light as I wanted, I understood and remained patient. Each session we went a little lighter and I never did get exactly like the pictures. I still really liked my hair. I have mixed up feeling for this place, the first time I came in here was 2015 before their remodel, and now continue to come here at least once a month why? Because they are nice and it's a very nice salon, I would say I spend $85 - 200 bucks every time I get a new hair idea. I tried it The Rose Salon at my daughter's suggestion. She had been a few times and loved it. I went in on New Year's Eve and scored an appt with the owner Rochelle. I had pretty long hair and decided after about a year to go for a bob. I showed her some different pics at two different lengths. One shoulder length and one chin length. She cut off about 6 inches and got me to shoulder length and I was wavering as to wether or not I wanted to go shorter. I saw there were some negative reviews regarding people who got highlights on here so I wanted to leave my review, as I've been going to this salon for a few years consistently now and it's been fantastic. However I have only been going to one stylist (Bailey) and after going to 3 different stylists in this area besides her, my hair when done by her turns out by far the best, so I just kept going to her. I booked a cut and color with Amanda and let me just say, I was impressed. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist and offered refreshments. When I sat down with Amanda she knew exactly what I wanted but she really took the time to hear me out. She gave me thee BEST peppermint scalp massage ever and nearly put me to sleep. I walked out feelin like a million bucks! I definitely will come back and will recommend Amanda to everyone I know.

The first time I came here my hair cut was WAY too short (not what I asked for). It was a boys hair cut and the shortest length was above my ears. Because it was so short the woman who did my hair told me that because I told her my hair grew very slow to wait a few months to come in to get it thinned out. I had a similar experience to the other two people that have posted. I wanted to get my hair highlighted, and made an appoinment for a cut and color with the same stylist that is mentioned below. I told her I did not want natural looking blonde highlights, and wanted them to be bold and noticeable and very blonde. I ended up with very subtle, orangeish colored highlights.
