They did a great job and gave us an accurate value for our home. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. The appraisal was actually $50 more than their competitor, but we still chose appraisal associates because we felt the most comfortable with them. They got it done in a reasonable amount of time (10 days or so), and it did not impede our divorce process at all. I'm very happy with this experience and outcome.
