What we thought was going to be an easy transaction turned into a complicated adventure! Tammy Dennis was the glue that held us all together. She worked with both the seller and me (buyer) to ensure the process kept moving. She was able to talk me through all of the requests from the lenders, title company and sellers to finalize this sale. In the end, we got the perfect property at the perfect price. I had not bought a house in a long time ... I tried to buy with another agent and the deal fell through, it cost me a lot of money and I was quite discouraged. I knew Jen as my property manager and told her ... she said well I’m an agent let me find you that perfect home! So we started looking ... and low and behold she did it!!! She worked with me through the whole process, explained all the details and found a lender that was great to work with. I really appreciate all the time and effort she provided as VA loans can be time consuming and some sellers don’t want to pay the fees .
