It’s great to find a shop with an ethical business model. Pleasant auto wasted no time telling me they couldn’t hear the noise I’d been hearing and suggested I come back when it returns. It’s refreshing that they didn’t just throw parts at it. I’ll definitely return here from now on.

Made an appointment on their online scheduling system over the weekend while they were closed and I a phone call right at 7:30am this morning by Stefano. He was able to accommodate my last minute request today with a fair price and I made an appointment in the aftenoon. I wanted to have all 4 brakes replaced and he had let me know that I only needed my front brakes done and the rears still had a good amount of life left. I appreciate his honesty, as there are not that many businesses out there that do that sadly. I am a very happy customer and I will definitely be back for future services!

I would give zero stars if I could! My entire immediate family has been going here for years. After Cindy sold it, new owner has been very inconsiderate of the customers time and has not been honest. They ripped off my mom for a job that they KNEW they didn’t have the equipment for, made her wait hours at a time, and has only caused more issues with her car. We will never go back. Be warned that this is not a credible business!

I have been going to Pleasant Street for many years. Cindy was the best and she then sold the business and it has gone down hill very quickly…. Why would you take on a job knowing that you couldn’t do the job due to not having the experience and\or tools to fix the problem? That’s right, you wanted to take the $$$… You have now lost many customers due to your mistake.

I’ve been a long time customer of Cindy’s for many years at Pleasant auto, even way back when she also owned the shell gas station. I’ve always brought all of my cars for services there and she was always such a sweetheart. She has since retired and sold the business to a new owner Stefano who I had the pleasure of meeting just the other day. I had an issue with my car and showed up with no appointment and he took me in right away. Turned out to be the water pump just needed to be replaced. The mechanics are still the same ones that worked for Cindy which was a plus because they have always

In the pasted 10 years I have had all of my maintenance done on my vehicles here. They have always been honest and professional. I've taken used cars here for pre-purchase checks where they have thoroughly gone over the vehicle to tell me if it should be purchased. I've had tires, brakes, alignments, oil changes done here. I do not recommend anywhere else. Thank you so much!
