I needed new tires for my truck, the other local place was too busy to be bothered. I took a shot at colonial with a recommendation from my neighbor. They were busy,but found time to get me in! They did just what they said and didn’t try to up-sell me on any unnecessaries. They were very fair and had a great selection.

I like researching and buying my own tires and having them put on after.
I've had Colonial put two sets on my vehicles now, one on mine and another on my wife's car.
Both times it went really well. The toughest this is actually getting a hold of them to make the appointment! My daughter will be needing tires and I'll be going back. Great job guys!

I decided to go to Colonial Tire earlier this week based on the Yelp reviews. The experience couldn't have been better.
I had a blowout on 95, so knew I would need 2 new tires. And that's exactly what i got. No one tried to talk me into 4 new tires or more expensive tires or other work. They sold me 2 new tires to match what I already had on the car.... And had me in/out in well under an hour.
I live in NC so unfortunately this will likely be my only visit, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Colonial to my friends/family in the area.

I brought my CR-V to Colonial for the first time this week and am so happy I did. The Yelp reviewers were correct that it is a good, trustworthy shop.
I lost faith in NTB up the road after they kept suggesting more and more repairs. After being told my brake pads, rotors, and struts needed $1000+ of work I decided to get another opinion. Colonial Tire inspected everything, did a test drive, and said none of those issues existed. The backing plates were causing the grinding sound I heard and the fix cost me $25. They said my tires were getting worn but didn't need replacement yet, and to come

Incredible business! Extremely fast, professional, and fair-priced. Checked a few places in the area, got a few different quotes for what I knew was a wheel bearing issue, they called me back with a quote, I dropped it off at 9am, they called me by 11:30 and it was done, no hassle, no "oh you gotta fix this too" no nonsense, after reading other reviews here and hearing about other people's experience, I don't need to look any further for a place to get auto repairs.

I can't say enough about these guys. I have a friend that said I should go over there as it's the only people that they use.
I dropped off my wife's car due to a check engine light. They called me and said that they can fix the issue, that it was do to her emmisions systems. But, it's covered under a federal emmisions warrenty. And that if I were to take it to another dealer, they could fix it for free.
So, instead of just telling me that it needed to be fixed, they lost money by having another shop that handles the Federal Emmisons do the work.
That's honest, and
