Lexington Medical Acupuncture
The goal of acupuncture is to improve the flow of energy (chi, pronounced chee) through areas of the body that are obstructed. It has been used for thousands of years to promote health, prevent illness and treat various medical problems.

Acupuncture is very helpful for patients undergoing chemotherapy or cancer treatments to reduce side effects such as dry mouth secondary to head and neck radiation, nausea, fatigue, peripheral neuropathy and hot flashes.Dr. Elizabeth Armstrong brings the unique perspective of a board-certified physician to her practice of acupuncture.

Went after 9 months of lower back pain due to severe degenerative disc disease, walked out with none. Still none 24 hours later. Whole experience was so very pleasant, from the front desk lady to the Dr, the physical setting, the care and concern, the efficacy!!! Do it, people.

Dr. Armstrong is wonderful. I have been a client now for several years. She is great at what she does. I also take comfort in the fact that she had a long career as an MD before adding acupuncture to her skill set. Highly recommend.

There is not a single negative about Acupuncture and my experience with it. Allergies, pain in shoulder, insomnia, anxiety.... there has been such profound differences in all these areas, I can not say enough good things. I have been able to stop some medications which is huge!!

Dr. Armstrong is the best! Her treatments have helped with stress, allergies, and women's heath issues, and her clam demeanor and the relaxing atmosphere of her office make for a very pleasant experience. I cannot recommend her enough.

My experience with Dr. Armstrong was absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly knowledgeable, confident and compassionate. She was able to turn my baby from the breech position and I felt she was truly invested in our care and positive outcome!
