They did an excellent job with my order! Above and beyond and personal care! I sent flowers to a friend in the hospital. The hospital didn't get the flowers to her and the owner picked up the flowers himself and delivered them to my friend at home as she was released while the flowers were at the nurses station. Thank you so much! Stellar service!

Called ahead to have helium balloons filled up. The lady working at the shop agreed to do so. Then, when we showed up, she was incredibly rude and acted like it was problematic to fill up balloons for my 1 year old's birthday party. She ended up popping 2 of the balloons, didn't fill the rest, and never returned the others that she didn't fill up, so we are out that money. The shop was adorable, but the lady working that day was less than friendly.

John was very helpful in flowers for a big event! He delivered in a tight time window and they were gorgeous! Great work and value!

I called Dundee florist yesterday to order flowers for a funeral visitation .
This was a last minute order and I asked for all white with greens.
I was worried about how it would look but they assured me it would be nice.
I was very pleased with the results. The bouquet looked beautiful and elegant and I must say better than others. Their delivery was reasonable and on time.
I will order from them again!

My mother is in the hospital and her sister, who lives in another state, had an arrangement with a stuffed animal sent to her room. After realizing they hadn't been delivered, the manager called the hospital harping on the nurse about the flowers. As they were not delivered, there was nothing else to be said. Instead, they chose to call my mothers hospital room (she just had a major surgery and just left the ICU Friday) harassing her about the delivery. They asked her how she enjoyed her delivery and, even after repeatedly telling them she had yet to receive anything from them, they called

Dundee Florist is probably one of my favorite places to go if I'm in need of flowers. I love this place because if you want a bouquet, you can either get a premade one or you can make your own! If you make your own, they help you make it based on your budget and what kinds of flowers you like, or the person you are getting them for would like. Bouquets of flowers range in price and all look very different from one another. You will definitely receive a unique bouquet if you get one that came from here.

This is a great example of a solid local business. While I don't often need the services of a florist, when I do this is the first place I think of. I have stopped in many times over the years and have always been greeted and helped quickly. Their flowers have looked rear and lasted a long time. The staff is helpful and whether I just need to grab a quick dozen roses or a more upscale arranged bouquet, they are quick to offer options or put something great together based on your budget. A great local business to support in the Dundee neighborhood!

Decided to buy my wife some flowers on the spur of the moment. I looked at their web site, but decided to visit the shop in person to see what they had in stock.

Glad I did! They worked with me and stuck to my budget to put together a terrific bouquet with all her favorite flowers. Flowers are still blooming a week after they put it together and the house smells great.

Placed an online order for flowers for my mother's funeral in April and there was an issue with my credit card. Apparently John, the owner of Dundee Florist, tried to contact me via email and on my cell. I was traveling via car from Virginia to Omaha at that time and hadn't accessed either my email or voicemail. When I got to Omaha the day of my mom's funeral, I heard John's voicemail. I would choose wisely next time when ordering online. I ordered a floral arrangement for Mother's Day and later that day I received an e-mail saying there was an issue with my order. The roses in the arrangement were not available in the color in the picture I selected and would be substituted for a different one. They said that they called me but my phone was out of service- this is not true, I did receive a call from a number, I answered and no one was on the other line. I would hope that a business would try at least twice to contact a customer over the phone regarding their order. The

I called to order a floral arrangement and have it delivered. To my surprise, a lovely arrangement arrived at the requested location within just a few hours. I went in yesterday to have flowers delivered across town. Joyce Ann was very kind and helpful, and my friend was delighted with the arrangement she received. The prices for the flowers and delivery were very fair. I'll be happy to return in the future.

Customer service was terrible. I ordered a bouquet online, after reviewing their substitution policy, after 4 phone calls later they were able to verify my order and confirm payment. I gave the same card information 4 times, to find out that an employee was not entering the last 4 digits of my VISA. Dundee Florist has a great location in the the middle of one of Omaha's nicest neighborhoods. It's always my go to spot for flowers. The staff is courteous and professional and offers something in my budget to suit my needs each and every time. They also will deliver pretty much anywhere in the metro.

The Dundee Florist is a cozy locally-owned shop perfumed with the scent of fresh flowers. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I have not been disappointed with the many purchases made here. Even a single bunch of daffodils is wrapped in green tissue paper and tied with a pink ribbon. One side of the shop contains unique gift items.

I ordered an Azalea plant online as a Valentine's Gift for someone very dear to me. This was not even listed as a Valentine's option but Dundee Florist made it one. They decorated a beautiful plant in a lovely clay pot with a big red heart. They made the delivery within hours of placing it. At first they were unable to complete the delivery but came back to personally assure the right person received it. Their plants and flowers are beautiful, the service is excellent and Theresa went out of her way to make the delivery. I was very pleased with their service and would recommend them

I enjoy stopping in here to pick up tulips or daffodils when they are in season. I've also purchased several flower arrangements here, they are well put together and nice looking without being too expensive. In addition, they have alot of nice gift ideas.
