The delivery was just fine. I would have been more impressed if the spelling of the name of the person who sent the gift had been checked for accuracy.

My order was easy to place online. Prices are very reasonable.

I have always called on this local family owned flower shop for years! They have never let me down. From Mother's Day, Birthdays to funerals. 2017 my grandma passed away, she was an amazing woman of God so how fitting I ordered the beautiful cross. And they did a WONDERFUL job. And recently I lost my aunt and my uncle. They made my aunt's flower plant so pretty and I just ordered another cross for my uncle who was a Rev. Jesse Jordan to be delivered on Tuesday. This place is amazing! My husband sent me flowers from here on Friday and they were out of this world pretty. He tried to order through our usual place but didn't have luck with the delivery, so he decided to try Janousek Florist. This will now be our go-to florist. I had placed an order on 1-800-Flowers.com because I can get a discount through my employer. However, I found that they charge an outrageous service fee, which completely cancels the discount I get, and then to make matters worse, they messed up my order and weren't going to fix it. I called Janousek at the last minute in hopes they would deliver flowers to a friend for her 40th birthday that day. I called on Monday morning to arrange flowers for a funeral service on Tuesday evening. The rep I spoke with was very friendly and efficient. Making the order from out of state made me a bit concerned. I received email confirmation that the order was placed and when it was delivered. The cost was reasonable. Placed an online order for flowers Sunday evening - past normal operating hours; funeral arrangement for a work colleague's family. This needed to be delivered to local church before 10am on Monday morning.
