It is incredibly rewarding to be part of an architecture firm with 70+ year old roots in the community in which it was founded. We've been fortunate to work on many landmark buildings, the latest being the Museum of Science. We see it every day at freeway offramps, parks, empty lots, and abandoned buildings, informal homeless encampments permeate our urban and suburban neighborhoods.
If our low turnover rate and high employee tenure (7 years on average) is any indication, this is the place to work. Why is that? Because at Dreyfuss + Blackford, we believe work should be challenging, fun and rewarding. Life is too short for drudgery. Here we encourage new ideas, growth and leadership by supporting continuing education and regularly conducting seminars on current topics.
