Services
It is with great pleasure that we announce the launch of BCT Design Group. For many years we have provided award-winning architecture, design, and planning services predominately in the eastern half of the U.S., as BCT Architects. We have specialized in placemaking and the design and planning of commercially driven mixed-use developments in addition to senior living.
We are passionate about quality spaces for people that are shaped by the surrounding built environment and the diverse array of elements within them. Therefore BCT provides master planning and urban design services. We also believe that a master plan should produce a flexible development framework that allows for strategic implementation and phased development.
The quality, richness, and diversity of Mixed-Use environments have inspired BCT's leadership for many years. While these developments are inherently more complicated in a number of ways, they are satisfying in their ability to make any environment more walkable. Traditional towns and cities are comprised of Mixed-Use buildings, and they have inspired some of our work.
Our history is based in retail design. For decades, BCT has designed retail stores, shopping malls, shopping centers, lifestyle centers and virtually everything retail. From prototype design to unique one-of-a-kind retail concepts, BCT's retail experts understand the fundamentals of brand design, brand positioning, tenant requirements, and the necessary tools for our clients to effectively develop and lease retail space around the globe.
In the design and development world creating quality housing isn't as simple as it seems. BCT understands the complexities of successful housing and believes that quality housing can only be created through quality design - a design with residents in mind. Each multifamily property is unique based on its location and its future residents.
