We have extensive experience designing a variety of lab types, clean rooms (ISO 3-9), cGMP and cGLP facilities, semi-conductor and micro-electronics facilities, and mission critical centers.Ci Design recently completed Insulet Corporation's new corporate headquarters, which encompassed 380,000 SF and included large scale office space and a clean integrated assembly manufacturing facility for the company's Omnipod product platform.

Aura Chapel Hill is 360 unit multi-family mixed-use development located at Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Estes Drive in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The 15.0 Acre site includes a 12,000 SF two story volume club house & leasing office, resort style amenities & pool deck, public park, plaza and walking/biking trail, 44 brownstones, 7 live/work units and 12,000 SF of retail shops.
F.W. Webb is the largest wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVAC, refrigeration and pipes, valves, and fittings in the Northeast. Ci Design provided design services for a new, ground up 1,060,000 SF logistic distribution center facility which included approximately 110,000 SF of corporate office, of which 80,000 SF being located within a stack office appenditure in Londonderry, NH.
Ci Design designed a new Artisan bread bakery concept/experience for Baltimore's H&S Bakery. H&S has been a leader in Bread Making nationally since 1962. Ci was asked to analyze and design what an H&S new Artisan bread bakery experience would look and feel like. Ci focused on experience flow and layout of the order counter and kiosks, beverages, cafe spaces, company history, production viewing area and a test kitchen.
