Our intent is to deliver a complete wedding ceremony event with wedding decor that wows! Delivered on either beach or grass, everything is offered Use or Lose. We leave nothing undone for your elegant beach or venue based wedding. All you'll need to do is show up on time! Beach permits and marriage licenses are your only other responsibility, but we will provide all the info you need to obtain all that's needed.

Additionally consider using our services for your our Reception; Decor, up-lighting, centerpieces, table design, music and photography services. Allan uses a Shure Handheld Wireless Mic and controls the music while delivering the ceremony on his iPad Pro.
We offer Wedding Dais and All inclusive Room Design Packages to meet the style needs of most wedding receptions. The special table used for a bride and groom at their wedding Often becomes the main focal point of your wedding. Our design capability includes; backdrops for dais, dj and cake, along with lighting and large centerpieces, charger plates and themed table-scapes, that tie together the entire room.

Allan and Luis are amazing and went above and beyond to ease my anxiety to make my big day spectacular! We had a small, out of state wedding planned and Allan was on top of things and I could rest easy. He kept me updated via text, phone calls and emails. Answered all of my questions thoroughly and promptly. Once we arrived to our location and met in person, it was like meeting an old friend. So warm and kind. I truly felt understood and taken care of. He incorporated our respective children into the ceremony in such a beautiful and organic way.

This might be the hardest review I’ve ever written because I don’t know how to write a review about Family. Having never met Allen and Louise in person until 4 days before our wedding we can honestly say they are family to us now. From start to finish they were incredible. We live on the west coast and work far too much. When I (the bride) found Beach Breeze weddings and read the reviews and looked at the pictures and pricing I thought it was too good to be true. Not only was everything they promised but they were far better than I could have imagined. They make the planning process a breeze

We wanted an intimate private barefoot beach wedding and were referred to Allan and Luis. Not ever meeting them or being on the beach they chose we cannot express how PERFECT it was. They couldn’t have come up with a more perfect location, decorated exactly to our liking, been more helpful, explained in detail every minute, made it incredibly personal, made us feel incredibly special on our day and surprised us with so much more. We can’t possibly thank them enough. Hugs, tears, dances, kisses, music and champagne. We will never forget this special magical sunset evening. HUGE hugs to you both

Allan and Luis are honestly just genuine, great people. I planned my beach wedding from Ohio during Covid (super stressful) and knew I wanted it on the Gulf side but had no idea where. After deciding to hire Allan for the wedding set-up on the beach, he essentially helped me plan everything else with it too (he should charge more because he was basically my wedding planner lol). Our initial out-of-country wedding plans were cancelled due to Covid-19, so we had to throw together a ceremony with a couple of months notice. Allan and Luis were amazing!! Allan was extremely responsive, SO easy to work with, and provided beautiful decor and officiant services! I can absolutely say they went above and beyond with everything! Plus, they were so easy to work with. I can’t recommend them enough!

We are SO happy that we went with Beach Breeze Weddings for both our destination wedding ceremony AND tented beach reception! Allan was so easy to communicate with (phone, text, email) - he was always quick to respond and answered our questions thoroughly. My wife and I live in Pennsylvania but wanted a destination wedding in Sarasota with about 40 guests. Trying to plan a wedding in Florida while living in PA would have been a nightmare if it weren’t for Allan and Luis at Beach Breeze.
