Your uninsured motorist coverage pays for a hit-and-run accident only if you report the accident to the police. 2. Get the other driver's information, including name, address, telephone number, license plate number, driver's license number, and insurance information.
Your insurance company issues claim numbers at the time you report your accident. Just jot it down and bring it in with you when you come in to begin the repair process, and we will do the rest. We generally order your vehicle's parts at the time an estimate is written, and we schedule your vehicle for drop-off a couple of days later.

My mom gave me a car which came from South Carolina (a State that does not require a front plate). After getting plates I came to Pepperell Collision because I needed holes drilled to put the front plate on. They drilled the holes and put both my front and back plate on. He said "you are all set". I said I have to pay - he said no charge. So nice - thank you.

The nicest people!! Friendly, honest, and they know what they're doing. I came in with a couple of minor problems on my car, and they fixed them on the spot for no charge because the dealership I bought my used car from cut some corners. Who does extra work out of the kindness of their hearts nowadays? I highly recommend this place!
