Yes I’m giving it a 5. Like many we were in Rochester to help a family member get better at Mayo Clinic. If you ever have to come here for that purpose I do not believe there is a better place to stay. The shuttle service was a great convenience and was always prompt. All of the staff were very friendly and super accommodating. Everything was very clean and often disinfected. Finally there was an excellent in house restaurant that is very accommodating to special health needs.

Staff very pleasant and professional.
Room was clean, with Wi-Fi, and TVs in both bedroom and living room, with plenty of sleeping areas, kitchenette well stocked with cooking and eating utensils, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher.
Hotel was conveniently located, with transportation provided to and from Mayo Hospital and Clinics, with no extra charge
Very reasonable room rates.
Would stay at Motel again and recommend it to all.
Soldier Field was amazing. A must place to visit.

We booked a block of rooms for a college athletic team. Kristine Ihrke, was professional, organized, and quick to get back with us in regards to our travel needs. We had room lists and keys made before arrival and were flexible with arrival and depart times. This is not the norm in working with hotels with large blocks of rooms. Fantastic experience and we will be using Centerstone Plaza for future events in the area and for my personal family travel.

UPDATE: Received email from the hotel. It is always a good thing to get a response from somewhere you reviewed, whether it be good or bad. They did mention that a remodel is in the works and carpeting is top of the list. They passed along my maintenance concerns and breakfast buffet concerns. I worked in hospitality for MANY years and the ultimate sign of an establishment that cares is one that takes in all feedback and addresses it.
