Donna was great. I wandered in at almost closing time on a Friday and caught her walking down the hall with her box of stuff to take home for the weekend. But when I told her the info I was looking for, she set about getting me ready for the weekend with the info she had on hand, and even went so far as to print out some info I wanted for which there was no brochure. Could not have been more accommodating and charming. I hear "Minnesota Nice" is a thing; I can tell from this experience that it's true. Looking forward to exploring Rochester and environs for the next few days.
