You can tell Tim thanks for calling me back after I sent him a list of land I wanted to look at 16 DAYS AGO ! Richard did not go out of his way to help before that either. Thankfully Real Estate agents are a dime a dozen, so it took all of five minutes to find one that would help me with my unrestricted land under 15,000 search. Found what I wanted and made a cash offer, with zero help from your agents !
