If I could give less than one star I would. I took a cat I found to get fixed. She was a sweet cat even though she was a wild cat. This damn doctor decided to give her extra anesthesia without asking me because she was wild. Well my cat never woke up. I am disgusted by this doctor. I should have known better. I heard by a friend she witnessed him throw her cat carrier with the cat in it to the back. But I was desperate to get this cat fixed before I went away. My vet was away. I'm so heart broken

Vet seems to be afraid of medium size dogs (60lbs). my dog was nervous to see the vet and the vet was very nervous to see the dog. my dog is usually very submissive and has never bitten anyone. We were not allowed to go into the examination room with our dog. Vet said our dog needed to be muzzled or sedated before he could see him. Vet also said a lot of other things that made my wife question his professionalism. She decided to walk away.

Such sweet and amazing people. I took my cat to the Vet Emergency Group first because they were all that was open. (Wait till a vet is open if you can)
Took my cat here three days later since symptoms did not stop and they were just top notch. From the woman at the front t desk to the doctors and techs. I wish my actual docs were like them!

We LOVE Dr. Diaz! The entire staff at this vet office is so so friendly. I've always been successful at booking appointments on our desired days and the receptionists are so sweet and are so helpful. The office space is all very clean and tidy. The vet staff is incredible, they are always so sweet with my little poodle Lola and make her feel very comfortable. Dr. Diaz is fantastic and so knowledgeable about pet health. He does an amazing job at explaining my dog's condition and maps out a treatment plan. Prices are very wallet friendly here. Highly recommend this place if you are looking

The front desk is also extremely nice and understanding of your schedule. They even helped me with their online store to get my cat prescription food - I highly recommend Dr.Diaz and his staff he brought my dog back after a horrific experience in Banfield Hospital . Thank you dr.Diaz and staff

My husband and I love Dr. Diaz! And, we are so impressed by the friendly, caring staff and environment at Main Street Animal Hospital. It is a clean, bright, cozy office, with a friendly and attentive staff.

Since the new owner/vet took over we have been quite unpleased. They did not honor the spay certificate we purchased 6 months ago (fine) but when we asked to learn more about why it wouldn't be taken, the vet said he could charge less by doing a worse job if we wanted. Are you kidding me? That's disgusting. Our kittens are living beings. Awful bedside manner only interested in making money and not developing relationships.
Oh, $600 for 2 kittens with no certificate honoring though we rescued both cats locally. Unwilling to work with us and made a comment that "men in suits"

We selected this vet based on location and that it is cat only (our kitty does not do well with dogs). So happy we found Dr Pirotin and her team! Office is small, clean, efficient, and everything has been on time. Dr Pirotin took really good care of our cat at each of his annual exams. The cost of an annual with two vaccines was reasonable, and less than what we paid at our prior vet. Would highly recommend this office!

The Dr. and her staff are very friendly and know what they're doing. The prices are a bit high, but I'm ok with it knowing that our cats are in good hands. We've had a few hospital stays for relatively minor things like dental extractions, and the cats recovered without any problems. We recently had to put one of ours down due to a sudden, crippling illness, and they treated us very well. I brought our very sick cat in as an emergency at 10am in the middle of the week and they got me right into an exam room, where the doctor had to give a very bad prognosis. They made her comfortable

Excellent veterinary care for cats. We brought our cat to other vets but the stress of other animals makes the experience more traumatizing for the cat. This place was quite, professional, and very helpful with servicing our cat. I highly recommend bringing and even changing your vet to this one. Only downside, that I may be unfamiliar with, is the parking. I was only able to find street parking.

Oh, I miss Dr. Pirotin and her staff! When I lived in Westchester, I brought my boys here for just about everything - check ups, shots, surgery, supplies of Rx food, and boarding. They were especially wonderful when I brought my cats in for checkups before moving away long distance. Dr. Pirotin gave me great advice / tips for our long drive.
Everyone here is very knowledgable, attentive and caring. Even though it's a small office, I never had trouble getting an appointment. I love that it's cat only, and your babies are getting specialized care.
Their prices are extremely reasonable
