Services
Pleasantville Animal Hospital provides full diagnostic and surgical veterinary services to Pleasantville, NY and Westchester County. When your pet needs its regular check-up, isn't feeling well or needs surgery, our certified team can handle all of your pets needs. Laparoscopic procedures are available for spay, gastropexy, liver biopsies, and cryptorchidectomy.
A laparoscopic spay is preformed through two small incisions, 5mm in length, made in the abdominal wall. The laparoscopic camera and instruments are inserted through specialized ports allowing better visualization of the internal structures through magnification. This allows for greater precision and fewer complications then traditional procedures.
Your order is not confirmed and/or available for pick-up until you receive a reply from us. Please allow one working day for most orders to be ready for pick-up. Certain orders may require extra-time for special-ordering or back-ordering. Online RX/Food ordering is only available for pets we have seen, and prescriptions that have available refills.
PAH will use this information to prepare a boarding check in form for you to sign when you bring in your pet. When done, click submit to send the form information to us. All items MUST be labeled with client's last name in permanent marker. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items and do not guarantee the return of any personal belongings.

We moved to Westchester with senior cats and some nerves about finding a new vet, and Pleasantville Animal Hospital took our boys in with open arms. The vets and vet techs are knowledgeable and so nice - they really take the time to explain things to you and answer any questions you may have. They clearly have such a love for their patients and were great with my cats. Extra bonus: the front office staff is great, and scheduling is a breeze.

Arrived 10 minutes early for visit to a friendly welcome. Was taken to a just cleaned examining room at my given time. Dr Sabatini came in and we discussed Chelsea’s issue. After examining her he took care of her. Chelsea loves Dr Sabatini and I have and have had complete confidence in him. Have been going to Pleasantville Animal Hospital for over 20 years and continue to be very satisfied.

I switched vets less than a year ago to Pleasantville Animal Hospital and I could not be any happier. I have only had positive experiences the four times I have brought my dog Stormy for checkups, shots and nail cuttings. They are honest and thorough and have done a great job in caring for Stormy. I am also impressed that they do not try to sell you unnecessary services and you leave feeling well taken care of. Stormy does not love going to the Vet and they have really done an amazing job in keeping her calm and reassured during her visits. I will defintely recommend Pleasantville Animal Hospital

I am quite disappointed with my experience with this animal hospital. This is my first and last time visiting this animal hospital plus when I tried talking to the doctor with my new puppy questions - I was rushed. In addition, I was charged unexpectedly without any notice on a service without asking for my approval and charge rate and at the time, we did not get a chance to go inside to make sure my puppy was treated with the service. I found out when I saw my bank statement and invoice received. Do not leave your card on file as they would charge you without letting you know and I did write a

Remember when you were negligent and burned my dogs ear this way? Lucky he didn’t die like this poor pup did.

I still have graphic photos of his ear falling apart over the course of weeks. So much blood. So much pain. Half an ear later, So many lies. Shameful.

We have been to so many different veterinary hospitals! We didn't not have good experiences especially with the last one. Our last vet was a nightmare!! We were very weary of vets until we went to Pleasantville Animal Hospital! Dr. Sabatini is great, the staff is wonderful! They even took our cat and dog in together!! Highly recommend them!!

The review that the doctors hoped I wouldn't write... Please do not go to this vet. They charged me an extra $600 over the quoted price upon pick up. Would not release dog until paid in full. After I paid, I noticed a burn on my dog's ear. They did not disclose the injury to us. They burned half my dog's ear off during the after care process and made me take them to court. No resolution yet. His ear fell off in chunks over the next few weeks. Though they provided free aftercare, they downplayed his injuries at every turn to minimize liability! The owner even agreed that I was due money back but
