A bit delayed and here...thanks to American GTS for its top of the line professional approach when it comes to travels. In December it was my son's birthday gathering and I was able to secure a school bus for the event. Everyone enjoyed the ride of over an hour and our two layer cake survived intact. Our family is thankful for timely pick ups and smooth ride to our bday destination. I will be definitely booking again and recommend American GTS to everyone!!!

The service given to our students was wonderful and most importantly safe! They transported (with two buses) 120 students and parents to a field trip. They took care of our belongings, gave us time to get things ready, and the drivers were welcoming and kind! Our students were excited to be on a bus and go on the trip. I am so thankful for American GTS services to our school and community.

For our wedding, we struggled to figure out a transportation solution for 60+ guests & the wedding party between the hotel, church, & reception locations. We wanted something a bit different & the red trolley idea fit the bill since it could handle large groups of people (up to 35 per trip). After visiting the trolley in-person & interacting with American GTS by e-mail/phone, we decided to book the trolley. On the day of our wedding, everything went smoothly & we were very happy that we chose American GTS. Thanks, American GTS! Job well done!

I was stuck between a rock and a hard place when planning transportation for my wedding. I had signed a contract for another trolley company but had trouble getting into contact with them.my fiance and I drove out to Pasadena to check out one of the american gts trolleys as a back up. The trolleys we beautiful. Anna was soo accommodating and was able to reconnect me with the other company because it was what was best for my situation and not necessarily even though it wasn't necessarily the best for their business. I got a sense of genuine care and concern from her and she even followed up

I've gone through the tragic adventure of trying to find a trolley to rent for my wedding, and man. This company was a complete breath of fresh air after going through so many other companies.
Quick communication and quotes, incredibly nice and knowledgable staff, great pricing, and they even offered to let me see the trolley in person. (I did, and I was sold on the spot. It was glorious.)

Booked 4 events with American GTS for a local boy scout chapter. Both Anna and Artin who helped arrange the buses were kind, courteous, and professional. Not only did I feel good about supporting a family business, I was impressed with how personable the staff was. They got the job done, were flexible to meet our party's needs (its not easy when you have a medium size group since most transport companies prefer either a small group or large one to fulfill their bus quotas).
Frankly, I look forward to doing business with people who don't just see us as $$ signs, but as real customers.

Last night I held my 60th birthday party on the American GTS trolley. It could not have been more perfect. We made several stops with wait times at each stop. Our driver was perfect. The timing of the evening was just right. Our driver always parked the trolley in a location that worked for our group to board and then re-board after our stop. We prepared CD's of music and he let us play them during the evening. At one point we were in a location he could not leave the trolley, so we called him when we were ready to be picked up again. He was right on time during each stop.

I used there service not long ago and it was top notch. There driver Andy was super nice treating me and my colleagues with excellent service. I will definitely us this service again highly recommend this service no matter what I read as a review... They treated me while as I'm sure they will do with others...

American GTS is not just a company but rather a family that you become part of. Their services have exceeded my expectation and I am ABSOLUTELY going back. I hired a bus for my outdoor party, so all my friends can enjoy not driving home drunk. Well, they all loved the service and punctuality of the driver. If I could rate American GTS with 11 STARs I would. Too bad it's only up to 5.....

We hired buses from this company for three nights of our event. The first night we had the bus hired for 5 hours. He disappeared after 3 hours 45 minutes (not at 3:45, I originally worded it in a way that was unclear as evident by their response.) and left 20 of our guests stranded. Some had to walk home and some had to pay for their own cabs. The very next night, we hired two buses for the first hour to get the guests transported quickly. One of the buses arrived 45 minutes late (which was actually 1:15 late since we were told they would arrive 30 minutes early). The most shocking part
