EZ Trans, Inc. is a professional non-emergency transportation company which provides patients with transportation to and from dialysis centers, rehabilitation centers, doctors' appointments, hospital-admission/discharge, personal events and much more. Our company was established in 2000, in the city of Glendale as its headquarters, with coverage throughout Southern California.

Services
Safe and reliable transportation is our priority. This is accomplished through the use of new and state of the art vehicles (sedans, town cars, regular vans, and wheelchair vans) We employ knowledgeable, professional drivers, who are caring and attentive. Our dispatch unit secures the fastest routes, safest up to the minute traffic information, and modern integrated GPS modules to assure that all appointments are completed with prompt accuracy.
Although we are a 24 hour non-emergency transportation (phone operators are on call 7 days a week, 24 hours a day) our regular fleet hours are Monday to Friday form 7 am to 6 pm. We are happy to provide services outside our normal business hours ($25 extra) or on the weekends ($45 extra). If cancelled 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick up time, you will NOT incur a cancelation fee.

I feel obliged to write a review coz there are a growing number of singles who don't have anyone to check them out after procedures like me. Unfortunately, major hospitals like UCLA don't have a solution for it.
Medical procedures can't wait. I googled to find out stories about people in the same situation. Someone mentioned medical transportation service and I found this company immediately.
They are professional, respectful, and transparent in business. Fare is more affordable than other companies.

This company is amazing.as well as the staff. After being stranded twice by two other companies while on a special hospital visit to Cedar Sinai Hospital, I called Seda who went out of her way to help and got us the ride we needed as quickly as she could both times and Ruben came to our rescue and told us if we needed help again, we should call which we again had to do. Owill forever remain in our hearts and we thank God they were put in our path at a very hard time in our lives.ur experience with this company

These are crazy times! But EZ Trans made this experience as easy as possible for my family. Mom was discharged from the hospital after knee surgery and Seda and her staff made this an easy process. They provided transportation, wheelchair, and a ramp to get her into our home and honestly they did a fantastic job. Seda called the hospital and arranged the pick up for us and took care of everything. My family and I are very grateful and highly recommend their services!!!

The scheduling process & the driver who came to pick me up for a dental appointment were great. However I had asked abt how vans were being cleaned due to COVID-19 & assured they were being disinfected etc. The van I was in had so much grime on cup holders etc i wasn't sure how well they cleaned anything. The seats had a cloth cover on top. I'm not sure how well that can be disinfected with just a spray compared to a cover that can be wiped down w disinfectant. And given the condition of the cup holders etc unsure how thoroughly cleaning was being done anyway. It may be fine during

I was referred to this company by one of their competitors. My usually non-emergency medical Transport was booked for the day I needed them. I used E-Ztrans today to transport my 94 year old Mother to Dignity Health in Glendale. The charge was $165.00 for 1 hour and an additional $40.00 for another hour.(they pro-rate) She was picked up from her home in LA earlier than expected. Greg was our driver. He was very friendly and professional. He told me that when my Mom is done with her appointment just call dispatch and he will be there in 5 minutes. He was right on time and never left the area. I

I have dealt with several different handicap access companies in the past. Service was ok. I had to use these services recently and dealt with 2 different companies and received horrible experience. Vehicles where dirty and late for pick ups. Came across EZ Trans on Google search read the reviews and decided to give them a chance. Thank God that I did. I have been dealing with EZ Trans for the past 4 months and never had 1 issue with them. Always on time, great communication and customer service. They are my go to when we need handicap access vans. STRONGLY RECOMMEND.

I'm really glad my instincts led me to this company.
I arranged our transport with Carmela, with whom I sparked up a conversation and a relationship.
The van arrived early which Carmela had promised. Edgar, the driver, was sweet, attentive, and efficient. I also developed a warm relationship with him and gave him a thank-you hug at the end of the journey.
I loved the way my rider in the wheelchair was so securely hooked up and locked down. Gary even had a long seatbelt which stretched over him. I was truly grateful

Amazing! They helped my family transport my dad on a wheelchair to my wedding. They were one of the few transport companies that operated on Sundays, serviced non-medical events, and drove across multiple regions of Southern California. I was having anxiety about it for days, but they were truly such great help. Not only did they arrive 30 min early, but they patiently waited when there was a delay leaving. They were also on time with pick-up for the ride back home, and even helped transport him back from the wheelchair to his bed at home. So relieved and happy with the service. Thank you so much

I can't say enough about this company. I chose EZTrans after reading so many positive reviews. Reviews for other companies providing non-emergency medical transport were so poor that EZTrans' rating really stood out.
I wasn't disappointed. From booking through transport, dealings with this company were both pleasant and professional. They provided a service I could rely on even when there was a slight change in my discharge time. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Professional-I called and the woman who answered the phone was able to schedule my ride from the hospital immediately...none of this I'll call you back later or I need to look at a schedule...she had everything right there.
Prompt-They were on time after my procedure and kept in communication with me and the hospital.
Courteous-The woman on the phone was very nice and was able to answer my questions and put me at ease that the driver would be there on-time. The driver was kind and friendly making sure I got into the car safely. The car was clean and air-conditioned

Second time utilizing this car service. Very professional, prompt and courteous. Also were accommodating the first time - when the medical facility refused to cooperate with EZ Trans; EZ Trans staff was professional and courteous despite the disrespect shown by the supposed medical professional. Five stars!

This is one of the best medical transportation company I ever used. The drivers always show up on time, very responsible and respectful. They transported my mom for 3 times, and she absolutely loves it. Cars are very clean and smooth, so the ride is very stress-free and comfortable. Transportation of the people on a wheelchair is always stressful. One of my friends referred me to use this company to take my grandma to the doctor. I called in and made a reservation 2 day in advance. Hyak the driver showed up right on time and carefully moved my grandma with much respect and care from upstairs bedroom right to doctor's office and then back home. My grandma was very satisfied with the processional service that Hyak provided. Will definitely use their service again in the future. 5 stars.

Few days ago I needed to transport my uncle on a wheelchair from congregate living facility to the wedding. Called to this company and didn't regret about it. They have very polite and friendly staff. Very simple to schedule the transportation.Everything was very professional. The van was very clean, driver was very professional and friendly. My uncle loved the service, and now I know where to call when we will need transportation.

I have had EZ Trans as my medical transportation company for over ten years now and you could not ask for better service. They use new comfortable cars, their drivers are polite and concerned with making your trip as enjoyable as possible in every way. They ask if you want to listen to music, adjust the air conditioning to your comfort level, will even ask if you prefer them to take a different route.
