Steve and his staff are great. They worked with me on scheduling and found a way to make their schedule work with mine and the builder.

We had Inspect-O-Graff out for pre drywall and final inspections on a new build. He is very professional and extremely thorough. The report received after each inspection was detailed and included pictures. This was very helpful when work needed to be completed or re-done. They were also very accommodating as we had to change dates several times. We would definitely use this company again and highly recommend.

Inspector Steve Graff is the most thorough inspector you will ever find ! This is the fourth inspection he's done for us and many of our friends !! He found issues that another inspector did not see less than 2 years ago when it was last sold that have been there for many years ! Word to the wise he is sooo good and sooo popular book him as far in advance as you can!!

Steve was so thorough in his report, and I feel like he found all issues that would need to be addressed on the home we are looking to purchase. He did a fantastic report with multiple pictures, and I had a 4pt survey and wind mitigation report generated for insurance quotes. He was on time, knows what he is talking about, and was a pleasure to work with.

After receiving my Official Home Inspection Report, I can say is I'm blown away with this company! Sherry and Steve. As a first time homebuyer I was concerned about getting a home inspection and having the inspector potentially miss points in the home - that WOULD lead to potential issues involving both Time and Money. He was super thorough with us before and after his inspection - he told us what he found, if it was going to be a true concern or just needed a minor fix, and ideas on how to resolve the issues. Steve Graff is the ULTIMATE home inspector! I have used his services 3 times now! 13 Years ago when building a new home in Trinity, he inspected from the slab up, finding many areas where the builder "cut corners" This inspection was a definite selling feature when recently selling that home! I most recently had Steve inspect (2x) a 1927 Bungalow I am buying in Tampa. After 5 hours of crawling, digging, climbing, etc. I had a comprehensive report but more so UNDERSTANDING of exactly when I was getting myself into. Lucky for me Steve is also a really nice guy and went above and beyond

As a Realtor, you would hope that the Home Inspector would be competent to do the job. As a Home Inspector, you would ( or at least I hope they would) realize that when something is not working, such as a Pool Heater, that the first thing you might want to check would be the breaker switch to make sure it is on. Well, on the Home Inspection for my seller ( I did not pick the Home Inspector) the buyer did, the pool heater was "not working" and the upstairs Air Handler was "not functioning and the ignition switch was not lighting, per the Home Inspector. Steve Graff recently inspected a home I was about to purchase, and he was extremely thorough and prompt in his reporting. He got on the roof, crawled through the attic and played in the sprinklers.
