Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced!! I dropped off my truck for service at 9 am for service was informed at 3:00 that there is no oil !!! How does a dealership not have oil !!! TOM is the pest service representative! He lied and continued to blame me for not picking up my truck before hand . Absolutely terrible service !!

Car sales people are not my favorite I have to say. Danny Delfin changed my mind and car buying experience at Fritts Ford. He was not pushy or rude. In fact, he was laid back and helpful when asked to be. We purchase many Fords for our business and will consider Danny our Company go to for all future purchases.

Let me start by saying, if I could put zero stars I would. I had the worst experience here and I hope that you all see the true colors of the manager here at Fritts Ford. To cut a long story short we were lied to by Michael (the manager), just like any car salesman. I didn't like the price of the vehicle and he told me he would cut down the price and it never happened. I offered to pay cash to reduce the price and all he was worried about was his money. WORST experience ever ! I ordered the 21 F150 back to May and was delivered just yesterday. I thought I finally can have my truck, however, they asked me to pay MSRP and lie to me I was accept before order. The manager even threat me that everyone would love to buy MSRP or even mark up. Is this the way you talk to the customer who willing to wait for 4 months to get the car? We have prepared to pay higher price than usual because of the chip shortage. They thought it is seller's market now and won't give any dealer discount. And this is how they treat their customer !

For the most part we've had a positive experience with this dealership, but our truck has now been in the shop for over a month, waiting for parts, and no clue when they will be coming in. We understand that there are things happening outside of their control, but it was very insulting that they were willing to "push the manufacturer" to roll out a new car with certain features, when trying to sell a car in the place of the one being fixed, but they can't seem to "push the the manufacturer" about the parts needed to fix the vehicle we have in the shop now. Danny Delfin came to us when we plan to leave because the first sales man with us frequently checked his watch, looks like we are playing around in the coldest day of the year.
I would give Mr.Delfin five stars if I can, he IS the sales man that I am expecting, he just professional.
