Since the 1930's, Rob's family has been conducting business in the greater South Jersey area. His mother's parents established Zelnick Shoes on Kaighns Avenue in Camden, New Jersey (see picture above) which eventually moved to Cherry Hill in the 1960's.

Customer service is horrible. I had an issue which took weeks to resolve.
When I called the office, nobody answered the phone. I was forced to leave
a voicemail which nobody responded to. I then sent an email which I didn't get a timely response to and when I finally did get to speak with someone, I was passed to another person who took several more weeks to respond. When I emailed that person back for an update, I got no response.
Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else because these people either are extremely incompetent or they just don't give a damn.

They are unconcerned about your wellbeing. I lost AC two days ago (it's been above 90 degrees all week) and contacted them immediately. Yesterday, I spoke with Andy who said, "I'll let you know when I know something, but I got to leave work sometime." I'd like to be able to go to my house as well. I have a young daughter and have been unable to live in my rented property for days to keep her safe. They have a stipulation in the lease agreement that states they are not accountable for any emergencies in any way, and it also states there is no time guarantee. So I will not

He was not the cheapest lawyer, however as a contractor we have a saying, "You get what you pay for." I contacted Rob Gleaner at the recommendation of a friend to handle my mothers estate when she passed in 2018. SO GLAD I MADE THE CALL. Rob is a PRO. Knowledgeable, confident but not arrogant. Listens to you and REALLY works to do what is best for his client. You don't feel like a client . It's almost like talking with a real good neighbor. I purposely watched him at settlement. The company is impossible to reach. I am attempting to inform them they are trying to get a management fee from a person who no longer lives there. They have moved. There is a new owner and they refuse to answer a call. No one returns a call. The only option is the emergency Line. They don't answer that one either. The person they are trying to collect rent from moved because of poor management at the facility. This is indicative of the they service they provide. Next step is an attorney. I bet they won't respond to this review. It's too much trouble to reach out

It takes him a very long time to get back to me and when he does, his response is a robotic, useless answer.
I have been a tenant for a townhouse they manages since 08/2015. i had a perfect history with them. I paid always on time and never caused any issues. I requested an early termination of my lease ( had a really bad situation which was explained to Jeff and received with great deal of ignorance). I provided 60 days notice and allowed the use of my security deposit to pay for any damage caused ( only
