Light housekeeping (vacuuming, dusting, cleaning client's bathroom, kitchen maintenance, etc.) PCAs are individuals that are hired and trained to help client's with their Activities of Daily Living; including but not limited to, transferring, repositioning in bed, eating, toileting, bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, etc.

My sister wanted to show how to do the time card but the old lady sitting the front desk too much louder and she is disrespectful really really she have it bad attitude, I didn't recommend to visit anybody she doesn't know anything about customer service I try to calm down her and then she said u can leave

I have worked as a PCA for Midwest for years and highly recommend it for their professionalism and effective communication. The staff has always been open to helping me. Also appreciate the changes they have made due to the pandemic, such as direct deposit and providing me with PPE’s. Definitely will always recommend others who are interested to work there.
