I came up to Forest Falls for the first time a little over 2 years ago to look at a particular home I had seen online. I went into Gilmmore Real Estate and they were extremely nice and professional. Even without and appointment, they took me to see the home for sale right away. When I decided to make an offer, they made everything go so smooth and quick. Buying a home is usually stressful, but it wasn't with Gilmore. They had me in my dream home within a month. Two years later, I know I can still go to Gilmore for any questions from how to weather the winter months to recommendations for home repair

I recently closed on a property in Forest Falls. Misha was great. He showed us a property late on a Sunday. We pushed thru a 30 day close that had some septic issues with time to spare. This is a lovely small town with the most wonderful community atmosphere. Gilmore Realty is the Epitome of this sense of community since I rented up here from Gilmore I have always felt that they will be there in a minute to assist with anything I have recommended their sales service to a number of people and heard nothing but glowing reports. their doors are always open to any member of the community.

We have been in Foreat Falls for several years. When we first moved up, we rented from Gillmore. We had issues with a landlord and Gillmore took care of all our problems. Then when we were ready, we used Gillmore to purchase our home. Everything has been great. Just as we were finaling the purchase, we got a great job offer and moved. We hired Gillmore to manage our property and they are doing a great job. They picked awesome renters, keep us informed and the cost is not expensive. We have been very happy with Gillmore!
