We were trying to watch the funeral for my matron-of-honor. Since we are over 4,000 miles away and COVID-19 is taking place there was no way we could be in Massachusetts to attend. We called the funeral home 1/2 hour before it was to begin and were told it would be Live streamed. How delighted we were to see some loved ones on the screen. We called Stone-Ladeau as soon as it began, sharing that the recording was not working as the pastor was not being heard. I was told there was nothing that could be done. Soon my mother, an 85-year-old lady, was speaking. We called again and the woman in the office

Almost a year ago my father passed away. It was my first and only experience making funeral arrangements. The service offered by Doug and his staff couldnt have been better. They answered every question, made us feel comfortable at a very difficult time, and were on top of everything every step of the way. This was all for a very reasonable price. I have recently come to realize how fortunate we were to use Ston-Ladeau. My girlfriend lost here mom recently and has had a very different experience with the funeral parlor she chose in Jaffrey. Kudos to Doug and his staff for being a step above the

Doug was very kind, patient, and understanding at our tough time in arranging the funeral of our father. He treated my mom with dignity and respect. My dad looked great as if he was sleeping. Whoever did his prep of the deceased is an artist (my dad died 3 years ago). I can not recommend Doug enough. He is a true and caring professional.

Had a great experience with Doug. As my mother was in hospice, Doug (owner) and his staff had to come to our house, very gracious, and accommodating. Then he worked with my family for the service, and when we were blown away by the people who came, they were able to take care of the huge turnout with no issues. Thank you for making a difficult time much easier.

I can't say enough good things about Stone-Ladeau Funeral Home. Doug was awesome and the service he provided for my Mom's funeral was exceptional. He made a difficult task so much easier. He met every request and need that I had, even the last minute ones. His prices are more than fair considering I paid more than twice as much for my Dad's funeral almost 4 years ago. I found him to be trustworthy and truly caring about our needs. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a decent, honest, caring funeral home during a time of loss.
