We had an amazing experience with the Floor Store of Hampton Roads. My husband and I recently purchased our 1st home and had many different types of flooring inside from the 80's that needed to be removed and replaced with LVP and carpet. Gregg went above and beyond to help us - he matched pricing and even came out to my place of work to show me samples and get things finalized.
He was quick to communicate and when our scheduled installers were taking too long (we originally were just going to use him for some of the flooring), he came through and took over to get things done quickly. They did
